Staff and Management was very awesome very polite and friendly. we were greeted with a nice cold glass of champagne. Every time i walked in or out of the hotel i was greeted. i love this stay will recommend and return again .

From the moment we arrived, the staff was top notch and made us feel so welcomed. The property is very clean and has a yummy restaurant attached. The roof top pool and bar was the perfect time. The property is located in a very central location making it super easy to get anywhere. I cannot say enough about the staff!! Such a great stay. Already planning a return trip!

Very friendly staff, rooms were small but location was great. Resort fees were a lot. The only thing missing was microwaves. Overall, the experience was great 😊

The staff was amazing!! They went about and beyond to make our stay incredible and relaxing. Alex and Louisha (sorry if I misspelled it) helped me creat a moment for my sister’s birthday and I can’t wait to go back!

Great location, however, it is directly next door to a hookah lounge that blasts arabian music until 2am. Our window was about 10 feet away from the speakers. Couldn't think until 2am when the music shut off. It was messed up that the staff didn't disclose this to us when we checked in.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The check in experience was seamless and the front desk staff was so professional and friendly. The vibe of the property was cool and my room was small but had everything I needed. My favorite part of the trip was the roof top pool. Justin, the attendant and server, was impressive in that he made sure all of the guests were being taken care of - amazing service with a "full house". Later in the evening, my experience in the bar was not so great. When I arrived on Friday night, I ate dinner a the bar, tacos were delicious and the bartender was friendly and helpful. On Saturday, it was a completely different experience. I sat down at one end of the bar and waited for about 5 minutes, the photographer on duty was a couple of seats away from me - she never looked my way. I moved to the service area of the bar and stood, again for about 5 minutes. The entire time, the bartender was engaged in a conversation with a group of people who were clearly friends, again, I was ignored. So, I walked outside to the DJ and asked if I could be seated at a table - he was very gracious and so was the server that eventually waited on me. While I was eating my dinner, I watched the bartender as she chatted with the men at the bar - I guess as a middle-aged woman, I wasn't worth her time. Aside from that, it was good value and good service.

The property can be really noisy, especially the part that is directly over the bar that’s allowed to play extremely loud music until 2 am. The rooms are much smaller than they appear. The food options around the hotel are awesome, especially the 24 hr restaurant and bar across the street, Aztecs.

This was a nice stay I would have preferred my room not be at the end of the hall by the stairwell where the employees frequent (in and out ) all day it was disturbing. I also didn’t enjoy being charged a resort fee when the gym was around the corner that alone baffled me. There was also an issue after I first arrived and someone opened the door to my room (!?) noticed the front desk, although they were apologetic no one came to offer an explanation or anything. The overall stay was just okay. I thought the room was beautiful but again the preference to be at the back of the hotel where the window faced the rear of the Versace house was not what I was anticipating.

Nothing special, but a great value for an affordable stay. The bed was good and the air conditioner worked well. The electric short circuited twice during my stay but I was able to turn it back on right away. It was very clean. There was the slightest musty smell from the shower but nothing offensive. This happens so easily in Florida. It is right in the heart of the south beach action. It is dim in the room but it’s perfect after a long day in the sun or a night of dinner, drinks, and dancing. There was definitely no view from the window but opening the blind let some light in during the day.

Well located. Great staff. The property is in good shape but has room for improvement. Noisy location.

This was my second stay here, my first one was in 2020. I came back because I really liked the rooms, very clean and the best hotel beds I have ever slept in. The parking is a little pricey but we made it worth because we took the car out like 2 a day every day. The valet staff was very pushy with the tips it was raining out and a gentlemen helped us get our luggage in the car and as soon as I reached for my wallet the valet guy shouts "I BROUGHT THE CAR" and start pointing to himself while looking at me...That made me a little uncomfortable because it is like he is begging for tips. The staff upfront can be a little more welcoming and polite to the guests. That is one thing that definetly changed from 2020. Overall, it is a nice location on the 11th street, there is a breakfast place right next to it that has some good prices.

I have stayed at the Dream numerous times. I love the property and the staff are always helpful. I was not to happy about the lights going out constantly. The staff is able to turn them back on from the front desk so it isn't too bad. Overall my stay was amazing!

The location is super convenient, the hotel is clean and the amenities are very nice. The staff is wonderful, Christian and Destiny made our dream so much more enjoyable! They are very helpful and friendly, their recommendations were spot on!

Property was nice, beautiful rooftop pool, close to the beach, excellent staff!!! Lovely experience!!

I lost a night stay by canceling but refused to stay in that cupboard. Cold uninviting foyer. Was hard to find because it looked nothing like the pictures and no sea view. Very disappointing. Was just flag I was able to book into somewhere much more accommodating.

We had a gray stay at The Dream. Would really recommend it
