Broken mirror, burn hole on bedspread, and a broken drawer handle were things that made the room look old and unkept. But it was a cheap price.

Advertised complimentary continental breakfast, when actually no breakfast is available at all. Room was very dirty. Gap all the way around door between frame. So much noise (arguing and thumping bass music) by tenants that appeared to be long-term. Bed springs were bulging terribly.

I paid for a bug free bed. That's what I got. Room, linen was dirty. Lost their wi-fi while there. No receipt

There were roaches everywhere, on the walls, shower, beds and refrigerator.

Read the ratings above. Parking lot had trash beer cans. Main corridor from front to ice machine had torn carpet. Having to call at front office to get front office attendant was second class service.

The air conditioner was very loud not in a good way. The shower had a lot of hair in it. There was no breakfast at all. It just seems run down and no one care to keep it up.

The hotel is outdated, the hall carpet was dirty and did not smell clean. The room had an odor of uncleanliness, I had to go to store and get Lysol and air fresheners. On the website it says continental breakfast every morning, I ask the lady upfront and she said they do not have continental breakfast. False Advertisement!!! The room looks nothing like the website. I’ll never book here again.

Older hotel, room was clean. Slept well.

Not bad for the price. Definitely could use a good deep cleaning. There were a lot of cob webs in the room.

All of our towels and wash clothes had brown stains on them, there were roaches crawling in the bathroom walls over the toilet paper and tissue. The sink was leaking and we were told to put a trash can under it. Our bed sheets had holes in it and stains on them. We will NEVER make this choice again. I'm embarrassed I even chose this place to stay the night. Just not many choices to choose from where we were headed. I don't think the room was cleaned before we came.

had to wait no one at front desk to check in first thing, second, said her computer was down she had to get someone on the phone. and when we did get into the room we found Roaches in it... so not maintaining thing as they should.

Shampoo was not replaced but put back on the counter half full from the previous occupant. Only one bed a comforter and they said they were out. No hot water in the shower. Bed had not been cleaned, as it had grass clippings in it.

I only made it as far as checking in.. I didn’t accept the rooms they provided because they were in unacceptable conditions. God awful stench in the room,bugs, dirty every thing. I asked for a refund and was denied. By the hotel and Hotels.com. Wasted an 8 night stay because of a technicality. Never again.

Upon my arrival, there was no one available to assist with check-in. I attempted to reach the provided contact number multiple times, waiting for 15 minutes, during which I contemplated seeking alternative accommodation. Eventually, someone answered the call and arrived. Unfortunately, the property did not match the cleanliness and quality depicted in the booking photos. The following morning, there was once again no staff available for the check-out process. Additionally, the breakfast room was empty, despite the website indicating that breakfast was included. This was a unique and disappointing experience for me, and I have no intention of booking this place again in the future.

This hotel was a mess. Many features were in disrepair. Cleaners supplies and equipment were left out in the hallway. Advertised breakfast was not served. Breakfast room was an unorganized storage space for all kinds of hotel items like lamps, laundry carts etc. Cleaning service left room door open. The one stafmember was unavailable most of the time. The state this hotel was in gave us the impression that it was about to be closed down and nobody cared anymore.
