Safe

The room was clean, but the room was extremely hot when we got in it which led to a smell. There was constant sirens from police. It didn’t feel like the safest surroundings. Overall the room was nice but spilled water and when I cleaned it up, the towel was black so they need to mop the floors.

Satisfaction

Checking in was smooth and easy the parking for $5.00 was unexpected. The hotel was fine for a one night state for a concert at a cheap rate. But needs some updating bathroom was a bit small, bedding and towels where some what stained/ discolored. Elevator I had to hold my breath due to it pausing a few times thinking it was going to stop and not be able to get out. Free breakfast was wall mart cheap pastries with a weird pan cake maker. $100 a night was way to much for this property. Again in a pinch for a a concert and not caring about the say its a good spot.

It's right downtown and east to walk to shows and dining on 4th Street

The room was so loud. The staff was never at the desk.

It was ok

Bedding was dirty and had human hair on the blanket. Pubic hair was in the shower and some bugs crawling in the tub. We requested fresh bedding but wasn’t able to provide because it was already locked up. The blanket was filthy. The exterior door had light coming through from the door knob to the floor. I’m surprised Expedia had this hotel as a choice.

Perfect affordable place to stay! It is such a convenient location within walking distance of many nearby businesses, friendly staff, clean room with a BALCONY that I was not expecting. Noisy road is my only complaint, and that’s the price you pay for being so close to everything, so it’s worth it in my opinion! I would recommend staying here .

It is good for the price but the property needs improvement

Cheapest hotel in downtown. Service is good!

Good location. Had seen reviews about homeless problem and there were no random people sleeping on the property. Breakfast was good. Room clean. Police presence nearby seems to have cleaned up area.

Didnt like anything

Room smelt awful. AC was not cooling room. Large gap was n door, could see daylight. Nothing like pictures in web site. Was charged $100.00 deposit and $5.00 to park. Was not told at time of reservation. Would not recommend. Very shaded part of city.

Clean property but the Levator could use some special attention.

We checked in and immediately left the property as there were homeless people loitering and laying on the sidewalk, needles outside and people smoking leaning up against the building. It was very sketchy and we felt unsafe.
