Hotel moderno, limpo, bonito, com ótimo atendimento, muito bem localizado, perto do aeroporto, perto do shopping, de um centrinho e de várias lojas boas. Perto do centro de Seattle também. Café da manhã excelente. Ficaria novamente por muitos dias.

Pro: Nice well equipped room, Pool Con: no shuttle service to airport, no room service every day

First time here, my gf and I loved everything about this place. Super clean and the rooms are a lot bigger than we expected. We will definitely be staying here again

Pros: Newer, clean hotel. Great free breakfast and central location. Nice amenities. Comfortable king bed. Cons: Terrible pull out couch bed, never towels or linens for more than 2 people, lacking customer service. For example, we asked for two pillows and blankets and towels since we were a family of four and it took almost 45 minutes to get them. I asked around 9 pm so my kids could go to bed (when they should have been there in the first place) and I had to call twice to see if they were going to actually come. My kids needed to sleep and could not because of the lack of service. Needs massive improvement.

my first hotel room had ants a handicapped shower that i didnt àsk for the room was dirty stuff on the wall and carpets and floor i was very disappointed but they did give us a new room

To start off, parking was $22 per night. We checked in and went up to our room to find it was dirty! Hair/pubes on the floor, toilet, sink, shower floors and walls! Cleanliness did not exist! Made us wonder if they even change the bed sheets and comforters...! We also heard loud banging and noises from above us and in the halls throughout the day and night. Unsure what that was all about? Check out was confusing. There was an "express checkout" box so we used the app to check out and dropped our room keys into the box they had at the front desk. The lady that was working there saw us go to drop it in there and said nothing until we had already done it to rudely tell us we weren't supposed to do that, and that now we can't use it to get out of their parking lot. Customer service was lacking. Glad we only stayed for one night and not multiple nights because it was definitely not worth it.

We stayed for three nights in a room with a kitchen and not once did room service come to freshen up or restock. I went to the front desk after the second day and got clean towels and asked what we should do with our garbage. They said to put it outside the room in the hall and they would pick it up and room service would be by in the morning to freshen up. They never came! So the third day I went back and asked for toilet paper, towels and dish soap from the front desk. When paying hundreds or dollars a night to stay at a hotel on vacation, I should not have to be doing the maids work. Then the last morning of our stay, before checking out and before the check out time. A maid let herself into our room without knocking while I was breastfeeding our child. I was upset, let the front desk know and no one said anything else about it. Disappointing.

We been here before and like this Hotel. Breakfast was good. Love the kitchen in the room. The only two things we did not like and very uncomfortable. The front desk lady Chris wasn't really that helpful and not so friendly, She doesn't greet nor smile. I stood there and waited to be helped, she didn’t help me check in till I approached to get her attention. The second thing is the swimming pool is milky amd cloudy. Very dirty. You can see debris under the pool. The whole pool area simle of strong mold, which made it harder to breath. We would love to come back and hopefully the check in is more professional and pleasant. And the pool is fixed of the moldiness.

Great for families!! Especially for those long stays. Very clean, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was also great!
