Love the old traditional look of the property. The room was so clean and nice but the A/C and heating system was a problem. Looked like we have to sleep in the A/C system only and the room was soooo cold. We called front desk to report this incident and been told that someone will be up to look at. One hour later, 11pm and still no one showed up. We called again and said will be up in 10 minutes. Half hour later still nothing, we turned off the system and go to bed at midnight. Next day still nothing. When we checked out and mentioned this to the front desk clerk and been told that the system was old and we have to deal with it either way. She was so cold and did not show any sign for empathy that we had to endure the coldness in the room. And the new gate to get in/out the garage was a problem also. The QR code they gave us at checking in did not work well to get in and out the garage. On the last day we left we had to be at the gate for a long time before they sent the security to let us out. We rethinking about staying here in the future . Not a nice experience for a vacation time.

Check in process was VERY slow, there were only 3 towels in the room despite paying for 5 ppl, we heard all the airplanes landing, parking lot was difficult to get in to so we ended up parking on the street but still got charged for parking ( !! ) and hallways were filled with the same dirty dishes for the entire duration of our stay.

Would not return. Had to go from one room to another to find something acceptable. Odor odd, blankets with holes in them. If they are going to renovate, go all the way and do fine touches. At least the shower was halfway ok, but overall not good.

The hotel looks very nice, both inside and from the outside, BUT, we got in late, so we didn't realize that our room (309) was in really poor shape. The toilet would NOT flush after using it once, the fill valve is broken, so it takes hours for the tank to re-fill, and the aerator was completely missing from the sink, so when you turned it on you got splashed . I contacted the front desk and they really didn't seem to give a rats-a///. I always thought that this was supposed to be an upscale brand, but I guess it all depends on who is actually running the particular hotel you are staying at, I would stay away from this one.

Beautiful property with excellent amenities!

We had the BEST stay. The hotel is beautiful with plants and fountains including one with 4 turtles!!! The breakfast was great daily and evening reception enjoyable. Our room was clean and spacious, pool a great space and overall just enjoyed everything. Staff from front desk to cooks to house keeping were all friendly and so helpful. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Staff was a bit rude and no towels in pool area when asked for some they never brought them down nor answered the phone for us again

Had a great breakfast and drinks at night Also had a nice shuttle with drivers that face so much traffic.

My kids and I loved our stay at this hotel. Hotels don't usually feel like a home away from home but we were beyond comfortable. Great size. Our favorite part was breakfast and the pool. I myself enjoyed the cocktail hour. Embassy Suites is one of our favorite places to stay now we've added another location to that.

Guest Services was very slow. Maybe they were understaffed. I had to wait in line to get a problem with my key corrected for at least 15 minutes before anyone came to the desk. There were kids yelling loudly at all hours of the night in the lobby and in the halls. There seemed to be no one addressing it. Breakfast was okay. Not as good as it used to be.

Awesome property close to airport

The Hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly! I stayed there for three nights (4/4-4/7/2025), but my room was never cleaned. I had to call Housekeeping to request toilet paper and clean towels. On my checkout day, a young lady asked me about my stay. I shared my experience with her, and she apologized for the inconvenience. She offered me 2,000 Wyndham points. So, everything was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel.

they gave us a room with somebody who was already checked into that room . it was scary what if someone was actually in there and we just enter . we entered and saw their stuff and then went back down to complain to the lady for giving us a room with someone staying in there already .

Buen servicio de los empleados.

This hotel is 15 minute walk to restaurants and stores. The food was good and had several options. The staff was very friendly.
