If you like a hotel where the staff doesn’t give a crap, half the items in your room don’t work, the ac will not turn down far enough to keep the humidity out of the room and you can watch homeless people and drug deals right outside the entrance then this is your place. And all for $300 a night. If not then a super 8 would be better.

We absolutely loved this hotel!! Wish we had one exactly like this everywhere we travel.

Woke up to bites on myself. Found a few bedbugs in the sheets, trapped one in a glass and showed the front desk. Management “investigated” the room with pest control and found no bugs. Even after

I had a great stay nice rooms!! Plus I could watch apps like Netflix Disney plus and Tubi. Comfort beds!

As advertised

It was very nice, loved the bedroom being separate. Alittle noisy with doors, bring drinks and snacks!!!!

Liked they were very accommdating with early check in and room was very spacious.

The couch in our room was broke down, slide downhill when sat on. They finally brought us a chair to sit on but one of us was suppose to sleep on sofa bed (in couch). The 2 beds were lumpy and also uncomfortable. The air conditioner was loud, it rattled, banged ect… They wouldn’t even give us another room. We stayed for 6 days and was so uncomfortable, not 1 good nights sleep. The hotel itself was ok but furnishings/air conditioner in room were ready for the garbage. Never again.

Spacious room, easy checkin, and central location were all highlights. Would definitely stay again. Walkable to PNC park

We arrived at the hotel and was told to go to the 25th floor for check in. We went up to the 25th floor where we were told that there was no room us there. Something about a flood or something. They sent us down the street to a Westin hotel where we only got a 2 queen bed room not the large suite like i had reserved at the Embassy hotel. I expect to get a full refund for my stay? All of this also made us late to the concert that we drove 4 hours away to go to? Please advise who i need to reach our with future information to get my reimbursement??

The check in was easy the breakfast was great only problem was it took about an hour to get our car from valet

Our bathroom had months of mold growing in it!! The shower had a leak and some of the floor tiles were mobile and moved while you walked on it. Tried to talk to someone at the desk about it and no one was ever down there. We couldn’t spend a lot of time waiting because we had things lined up to do for our vacations. The property is downtown and is was very sketchy area. Lots of homeless people sitting outside and walking around area.

This is the 3rd time that we have stayed at this Embassy Suites in Pittsburgh, and we will certainly stay here again. It's clean, the service is amazing (shoutout to Dan the bartender!!!!), and it feels so safe. Rooms are always amazing.
