It was really excellent except for the pool/Jacuzzi area. It was unkept, water treacherously all over the floor with towels everywhere.

Well situated with access to Metro just across the street. Safe and well maintained.

A good value in the heart of Washington DC Clean comfortable room

Transportation to downtown DC was extremely easy with the tunnel to the metro under the hotel. The made to order omelettes at breakfast were delicious. I wish the pre-made items like sausage, eggs etc were warmer. The room was spacious and comfortable and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool at the end of each busy day. There was plenty of parking in the downstairs garage as well. Hope to see the mall revitalized so that there are more shopping options in the building. We’d stay again.

Amazing hotel. Excellent area. Train station 1 minute walk. Breakfast included. And free drinks during happy hour.

Great weekend trip.

Very nice hotel and nice pool

The property was good for easy access to the metro which we used daily to get around to all the places we wanted to see. Needs a little up grade on the lamps in the room. The pool never had clean, dry towels every time we were there so that was a little upsetting. Smaller pool that anticipated by the pictures online. Breakfast and happy hour was a perk and the staff were friendly.

Loved that it is connected to Friendship Height's subway

Terrific rooms, have stayed here many times both for business and pleasure. Awesome staff, very helpful.

The hotel was great for our family of 4. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was great. It is conveniently located to everything. Loved having the metro under the hotel. Staff was great and hotel was clean and very accommodating.

It is a perfect hotel located on a metro station! Very convenient and clean!

You can get to the metro without leaving the property which is very convenient. Also, there are good dining options across the street from the hotel. Whole food in walking distance which is a bonus for those who like to grab snacks for your room!

Had a great time

Went to Washington DC with my family for a few days. Hotel was clean, staff were amazing. Breakfast every morning and 2 drinks a night complementary!! And best part subway in the hotel to get to and from DC daily!! Would stay again.

Very run down inside the room and the property. There is lots of construction in the "mall" it's part of, making it difficult to get around. It feels as if this place is headed toward closing and not being invested in any further. I would stay away.

The hotel was great, definitely kid friendly so be prepared to see the little fellas running around & dont expect to use the pool facilities haha. But room was clean, microwave provided, complimentary breakfast is delicious & they give you some drink vouchers. Located right above the metro system to get downtown DC, very convenient. Overall a great experience, would stay again.
