Nice, clean, newer property with nice rooms.

The room we had was perfect for our 1 night stay. We were there for a concert and didn't want to drive afterwards. I wish this hotel was smoke free like some of the others we go to more often. All in all, served our purpose.

The rooftop Steakhouse was delicious!

We stayed one night after a family reunion. The hotel was clean & safe & the room beautiful but there were a lot of odd & missing details that tip this hotel into just satisfactory. Check-In was perfunctory & the crew seemed distracted by tasks. The lobby & winding path to the elevators was oddly bland + dated even though the hotel has just been open a couple of years. My husband joked that it felt like the first floor of a medical dental building. The room was actually quite attractive w/nice decor, photography, a very comfy bed & a wonderful view back to the Port of Tacoma. Everything was very clean. There were no drinking glasses or paper cups or bottles of water in the room. something we hadn't seen in a hotel in years. There was a nice little coffee maker, plush towels + shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispensers in the shower which we really appreciated. The room was quiet - we slept great The reason we chose this hotel was the indoor pool. Crazy that the pool doesn't open until 9 a.m. before an 11a.m. check out. Even crazier is that the pool is minuscule. I'm not joking.. it's about the size of two hot tubs. The water was this side of cold. Towels needed to be retrieved across the winding lobby at the front desk & are supposed to be returned WET to the front desk crew... what? Truly weird OTHER WASHINGTON CASINO HOTELS ARE JUST SO MUCH NICER...

Check in an ordering at bar took way longer than expected.

Really clean and the aesthetics are way more inviting than cwrtain other casinos. Room was spacious, showers are amazing. I'd be happy to stay again

Everything was excellent.

This was our 1st stay at EQC and the customer service at front desk was not great upon check in the 2 staff working at the time did NOT greet us and did nto seem

The lights in my room kept going out throughout my stay

Everyone that we ran into even other guests along with staff were absolutely wonderful for our 1st trip to EQC Tacoma.

Real nice property. Easy parking it was kind of hit or mess with different staff, whether it was at a restaurant or the bar even some of the security whether they were nice or seemed to be rude.

Nice and roomy with big bed.

The bed was very comfortable, the pillows more firm than I personally like but instead of sleeping on two I used one and was perfectly fine. This facility is a huge casino with multiple restaurants several bars, gift shop, an event center. So much fun to be had and you don't need to leave the grounds if you choose not too.

Junkies outside the property and the electric in my room didnt work. Had to switch rooms twice

Very friendly staff.

Rooms very clean, wish they had a microwave in every room.
