After using the hair care and body care products provided by the hotel, I fell in love with this French brand skin care products L’OCCITANE which smells naturally relax your soul and rich in texture. Perfect!

Location, Cleanliness, Service

The air conditioner in our room would just turn off randomly. Aloof front desk staff. Lots of hidden fees. $34 resort fee for what I don’t know? While the area was nice there are way better hotels nearby at better rates.

- there was no drinking water in the hotel for the whole 5 days that we stayed there, every time we called for water they would tell us sure will bring it up and then disappear, we had to call again for then to tell us there is no drinking water on the property and they are low on inventory and can’t bring us water - ac was not working properly - ac outer cover was shaken and broken - bed indirect light was not working- we barely had light in the room - anytime we request something to the room we had to call again cause of delays or they would forget. - there were no toiletries in the bathroom - any 4 star hotel provides that ( tooth brushes, q tips etcc) - staff was polite though

Nicely renovated and great staff

Great location. Housekeeping was not great. Each day the room was cleaned in the late afternoon only after requesting service at the front desk.

Wow we love the St Gregory and stay there everytime we are in DC. Great location, nice bar/restaurant and friendly helpful staff!! Relaxing clean rooms …great value too

Stay was ok but could have been better as there was no business center despite advertising one.

The first room we were Given was an ADA suite with a Queen size bed (we booked a King), a terrible smell and and incredibly load HVAC. We asked to change and the room we ended up with was good but the internet did not work (an issue when you have work to do.) Disappointing experience for a “luxury” hotel.

Good location, friendly staff, great breakfast, clean and quiet rooms, best sleep in a week

I’d highly recommend upgrading the elevators, especially for guests with higher flights. A few times in my stay the elevator was not working and remained stuck until I had to wait for one of the other two. A upgrade needed there. The air conditioning was very loud. Understandable for cutting on and off but there was a loud bang on ours all night long. Besides that, I loved the staff and valet. Room was very nice, hotel was walkable and drivable to my activities and I would stay again.
