The air conditioner isn't very good

Love this hotel - have stayed on two different trips. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, rooms are a good size (esp by NY standards), comfortable and clean. And the price is usually super affordable. Highly recommend.

Our experience was largely great. The front desk staff was wonderful. Helped us find a great place for dinner, answered every query with good information. We did not appreciate having just one elevator in service. This made for a trying time as folks were checking out and the one working elevator was FULL. We used the stairs but that was not a great thing for us. We understand the elevator has been our for days, if not longer.

The rooms were spacious, light, with the beds comfortable. The only issue was with the toilet which didn't always flush properly. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

They opened a night club in the basement under the hotel. Loud music until 2 am coming through the floor! Impossible to sleep!

Service is lacking. Toilet running, shower leaking and towels missing from the room. Do better!!

Service by Monique and Kevin at front desk was excellent.

We had two encounters with two rude employees. One with a third shift employee while trying to pay for snacks. And the other incident was with an employee who was very rude when he forgot some of the Lennon we requested for our room.

Close to major subway lines. Clean room, decent price. Was great for our NYC vacation.

Great location for us to visit family. Staff were friendly and attentive. The immediate surrounding area is a bit dirty and rough. The room was a bit small for two people.

Hôtel confortable, chambres bien aménagées, bonne literie. Très bonne localisation à proximité du métro pour découvrir New York.

This was the first time staying at this hotel. It was a great location. You could walk to food as well as several subway stations. I would stay here again.

It was not what I expected based off the photos on Hotels.com. While the location is convenient and the staff are good at what they do. The vibe was just off. Housekeeping cleans every day but did not hang out towels up. Just left them in a pile. They would pretty much do the bare minimum in our room, but we were happy the took the trash out. The gym equipment in the room is unnecessary. Most of the bottles in the bathroom were empty and never filled between guests. Housekeeping is loud in the morning, but they have rooms to clean. I probably would not stay here again
