I stayed for two nights without sleep. The first night was fine. The second night was the sound of doors opening and closing, the sound of doors opening and going in and out. Didn’t anyone respond?

the breakfast provided wasn’t really breakfast, really disappointed

The receptionist was the rudest lady I’ve ever met. I ended up walking out. She was trying to tell me my credit card isn’t a credit card and they can’t check me in. Then just started ignoring me. I literally was at the extended stay in Kent last night and had NO problem checking in. That lady needs to be fired. I’ve informed my company and we will no longer be doing business with your company.

The shower and sink in the room did not have any running hot water. When I said something to front desk they filled in a form for maintenance but were u helpful in finding a way for me to have a hot shower.

Everything was great but drawers in room were not cleaned out.

Road work right outside the hotel continued throughout the night. Crazy noise from side cutter through metal and concrete

Very, very simple snack for "blackfast". No bath towels，no conditioner，one lady staff showing long face when being asked for more hot water and coffee.

We stayed in Bellevue which was less expensive and yet still close to Seattle for our conference.

Quick and easy check in. Bed was comfortable. Room was large. Love the fridge and Freezer. Room felt clean.

It was overall good and convenient. We did find stains on sheet but had brought our own so wasn’t that bad. Overall I would book again.

There is no ice machine.

Clean decent rooms. Minimal amenities (1 body soap, 1 hand soap, 1 small shampoo tube). There is a kitchenette, but you have to request what you need. Coffee maker and cups are basic amenities that should be in rooms. Rooms on the highway side are not quiet.

Friendly staff and convenient location, but very barebones amenities.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. They only clean the rooms once a week, however, you can turn the towels daily to receive new ones.

Ceiling in the bathroom had water damage- almost looked like mold spots. The floors were so dirty after we showered floors were went I used the bathroom mat to clean up and the floor mat was black after that's how bad the floors were.
