The fact that nobody even said a word to us. Asking for something or a question was uncomfortable as the staff was very rude. Only nice one was the Black Dude washing the windows & the walls on the elevator. Felt like goin into your parents house after pulling an all nighter... Uncomfortable, SCARY, & DIRTY ASS ROOM FLOORS!! I HAD TO BUY A MOP & CLEAN THE FLOOR MYSELF. IT WAS TOO STICKY TO WALK ON BAREFOOT!! THEN TO TREAT US THE WAY THEY DID. WHITE PRIVILEGED & ENTITLEMENT.....SO IF U AINT WHITE....JUS DONT & STAY AWAY!! Sorry.....FOK' THAT... I AINT SORRY FOR MY REVIEW!! ITS THE FOKN' TRUTH!!

We made a reservation thru Expedia several days in advance and were told they had been on the phone 5 hours to their secondary sellers to explain that they had no rooms available. We had to find another hotel with a vacant room at 10:00 PM

Staff is always nice and when you need something they are always there to help. I have had a couple of days that I have been sick they have made sure I have what I need!

Nothing specific because there are only a few businesses near the hotel. No convenience stores or fast food restaurants nearby.

There was a lot of noise from people, especially children, that walked and ran up and down the hall.

They are okay but they don’t give you clean towels unless you pay for them and the housekeepers only come once every two weeks. It’s not for people who are only staying the weekend.

The check in lady was great and the AC worked well. Could not get extra towels. Highway noise was very loud. Bed was smaller than expected. The keycard locks were temperamental, difficult to open. The places were advertised as having a kitchen but there were no amenities or cookware in room to use, not even a coffee machine.

Mildew growing in fridge, baseboards falling off wall, whole place smelled from smokers, desk was broken, door had gap from being previously prayed open, staff made excuses for disrepair, overall do not recommend, do not stay here.

This place was $319 a night on an Alabama game day night. The person working the desk was rude when we got in at 10:30 or so. We put her out making her work it seems. It was pretty nasty. The bed squeaked. The refrigerator compressor made a loud noise all night. You can hear people through the walls. Smelled strong like cigarettes and weed. You can hear people outside. The floor was dirty. There was no shampoo. There was a paper sack with a goody bag that had old Halloween candy in it. Very sad situation if you have to stay there.

This property is over priced a doesn't offer pot's or pan's during your stay there is an additional charge for them and $2.00 for clean towels while you stay. There is no daily house keeping or cleaning being done usless you stay 14 days or more... Rooms walls dirty bathroom dirty bedside tables dirty refrigerator dirty sink stove and microwave dirty tub dirty base borads dirty. When guest check out room should be clean with great detail.

I had to lay a layer of bug spray down. There are roaches here. After I finally got to sleep after making it safe for us, I woke up to 3 roaches dead from me spraying the boarders of the room. The hallways from the entrance smell of weed and cigarette. The hallway of the first floor had cigarette smoke coming from one doorway. Please wear shower shoes before getting in the shower. There's mold and hair left in there. Clean the shower before you take a shower. I can go on about how bad this place is. I'm not just saying this. It's just that bad.
