Old hotel, but good enough for what I paid. Just needed a place to sleep. The bed was comfortable. Great location.

Carpet’s and floor were dirty and sticky. You could not walk bear foot in the room No replacement room was offered

Refrigerator was noisy. AC was noisy. There were little roaches in the room.

sprinkler system malfuntioned the day before/day of check in. No notification from either party, huge running fans going in the hallways, right in front of our door for the first night. that being said, the staff was bery nice/accommodating the morning after when we requested a room further away from the fans

Associate at front desk was rude, the room had a Dirty tub and toilet. Front office had no restroom to use while waiting in line, we had to wait until we got our Room

Well you get what you pay for...for downtown Austin. Dirty counters. Sticky carpet. Cold water. Dirty syringe under the fridge. Excellent location. Clean bed.

Great time

There were a few things odd about the room: 1 - it had a particular smell that just didn't go away. 2 - the entry door looked like someone tried to kick it open at some point and it was never repaired. 3 - asked room service to send some toiletries, they didn't. Had to go pick it up at the front desk the next day.

It seems like the property is understaffed. We had to wait a half hour at check-in time for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in. The employee was very courteous though. When we unlocked the room, it had not been cleaned yet, which was disappointing. The property is worn and could use some updates. The bathroom sink didn't drain. Later when my friend tried to check in with a reservation, they were told they were full. Not the greatest experience.

Great Customer Service

Terrible hotel. Good enough for the price but then again you get what you pay for. I checked out after my first night and didn’t look back. Prepackaged sweets does not constitute breakfast…

Very dated. The bed was so awful. I was going to stay two nights, after the first night, I left and went somewhere else.

To start we just spent like 1hr at this location and everything happened. The people around this area is not really pleasant, there were people sleeping at the parking sides and when we decided to go look for food at the whataburger in front of this property, our car was vandalized, the right side mirror was broken, it seems that when they were trying to park next to us, they got to close and took out the cover part. The building itself was not clean, the elevator was dirty and the floor we were in was smelling to strong to spices that your eyes could hurt. As you can see in the reservation, we only spent like an hour there and we immediately moved to another hotel. You can see it in my account. So, I would like to know if I can get a refund. I know it’s been a long time, but I was out of the country, our dad was diagnosed with ALS and I’ve been out since Feb 11

Accurate value for money

No gym, no pool, no coffee. scary surroundings.

Pros: Room was comfortable and mostly clean. Staff was great. Convenient location, adequate parking. Decent price. Cons: The whole place smelled foul. No coffee maker in room, terrible water pressure. This may be a seasonal issue, but the main entrance is very close to a site where large numbers of homeless people gathered during my stay. At times, they were wandering the halls and lobby. At one point, one of them defecated on the ground outside literally next to the front entrance door, then walked inside looking for a bathroom before being asked to leave.

The property itself is in a state of disrepair overall.
