The hotel has a horrible after hours check in process and the location by O-Hare has two locations in the same parking lot and they are not well marked. My check in process was very long including being stuck in the vestibule with the after hours phone not working and the fro t desk closed.
For this experience and the lack of process I will never stay at this hotel chain agsin.
