One you get past check-in there is nothing and nobody in sight. Asking for towels and soaps was more of an inconvenience to staff so it was more pleasant to go across street to Walmart and purchase toiletries and towels. I checked out a day early and stayed at a different hotel due to overall uncomfortableness. No refund or even a question as to why I was leaving early. Very unpleasant staff.

The staff is helpful and friendly, well located, good price

Nice hotel. I liked that it had a kitchenette with a stove and full refrigerator. What I did not like was that there was roaches.

It was ok. However, I was concerned to see people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Additionally I was disappointed to see people in the parking lot sitting in beach chairs and drinking and doing drugs.

Decent rooms and hotel but needs a refresh

Staff were absolutely amazing, polite, professional and accommodating. First Rm I was given smelled horrible and I politely went back to the front desk explaining and she apologized and immediately made accommodations. Rms needs to be updated, Rugs removed, bathroom wall above door had bubbles from water leaking and in the morning as I was packing my things a roach run across my Bed!! If these place made these updates I’m sure that their rating and reviews would go up.

An okay place for one night.

Ok for one night, but definitely not an extended stay. There is a kitchenette but nothing stocked. It states that things are available on request, but after asking the front desk for glasses, they told us that wasn’t available. (We did get disposable cups.) We also asked for shampoo and got mini bars of facial soap and body soap. The on-the-go breakfast consisted of coffee or hot water that tastes like coffee, oatmeal packets or nutrigrain bars. I’m not one to complain about free amenities, but this was sub par. In general, if I had to stay here again for one night, I could do it, but I’d rather stay somewhere else.

Front desk lady was nice Saturday afternoon. She took care of me very efficient and room was ready at 3pm like she said. Room was clean. My stay was short. I had no problems.

I wanted a clean, safe place to sleep, and that is what this is. The staff was very friendly and tried to be accommodating when I asked for coffee and a coffeemaker. The coffeemaker was broken, and they didn't have any blow dryers or shampoo. I made do with instant coffee and not blow-drying my hair. There are plenty of places to get food, and a Walmart is across the street. This is a fine place to stay short-term.

We would not recommend staying here. The smell of the hallways and room was unbearable. They use a ton of noxious chemicals to try to mask the smell of cigarette smoke and pet excrement. The kitchenette is completely bare so you have to ask them for dishes and cutlery which they may or may not have available at the time. At our stay they didn't have forks or cups so we had to buy disposable ones. You can only have one roll of toilet paper at a time. You have to ask for shampoo and there aren't enough hair dryers for each room, so we had to ask the front desk for one and they had to dig to find one for us. They only provide one trash can, so you have to be ok with mixing bathroom trash with kitchen trash. They obviously run this place as an SRO as well. But just be aware of the dump this place is before you book. Will never stay at this establishment again.

Beds were clean and comfortable,bathroom not so clean and very tired,definitely needs decorating. Reception staff friendly, grab and go breakfast was nice

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel property and room was very dated and not clean.

The location is convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel could benefit from some fresh repainting and some upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchens. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Dumpy. Booked 2 queens, settled for full upon check in. Door to room wouldn’t open unless you put your full shoulder weight into it. Multiple lights in the room didn’t work, bathroom vent was covered in dust and ran so hard it shook the room. AC unit emitted a high frequency so had to be shut off and use fan only mode. No service personnel could be found at check out to discuss issues. Have stayed at this chain elsewhere and not had problems, will never return to this hotel.

This property and room needs to be undated, Bathroom vent was so loud with so much dust on the vent, curtains had holes, no hangers, dressers were all chipped and hallways and elevator smelled like garbage. Staff were pleasant and welcoming.
