After having breakfast we tried to clean up our table and dispose of our dirty plates & cups. Every garbage pail was filled to the top and the garbage was falling all over the floor. I notified staff that was in the area, he stated to me "oh I know", and walked away. I watched to see if he was going to take care of the situation, he didn't and walked away.

Comfortable and clean rooms. One of the quieter hotels I’ve stayed at in a very long time. That of course is highly dependent on who your neighbors are. Breakfast was a nice selection each morning of waffles, omelets, quiche, eggs, bagels, bread, English muffins, yogurt, cereal, granola…. All very clean and well attended by the staff. Yes, the lobby ac is out but that’s more of an issue for the staff than it is for your quick walk in/out.

Normal hotel brakefast ;but the elevator don’t works and the ice maker machine on my floor don’t work ;went I’m make the check in the lady on the desk She was disgusting and treated one badly;I’m not recommending this Hotel never

Nice property for our purposes… clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Comfortable, clean and spacious room.

It was a wonderful hotel for the couple days we were there. Only issue I had was the pool never had towels in it, like it was a scramble to get them or something. But the breakfast was well thought out daily, the people were nice and it was clean.

Staff was amazing

Enjoyed my one say stay the staff was amazing . This is my go to hotel when visiting family

Great stay would and will stay again

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms could use some updating. Also, our room was next to one of the outside doors and the door would close very forcefully (loudly) which would often wake us up as people were entering and exiting through it.

Great place and location, My didn’t enjoy the pool because the clororine was too high there was other kid who left coughing, I thought he drank water but no. He was just got toxic with high volume of cloro. Then we noticed my eyes and the eyes of my wife and daughter started itching and getting red. After there my daughter and I was in the water a nd we started coughing. We came to the front reception and she said, there os nothing i can do. Like this is not my problem… Poor staff and there os no tower and they did not replace the tower since last night. People that came at 7pm 8 pm 9pm they do not have tower.

Right off the highway great location

Stayed for 2 nights with 2 children. Enjoyed the pool, ate at the attached restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was that the breakfast options were limited for children. Overall great experience, would stay again if in the area.

The room was clean, beds and Pillows very comfy, and the hallway noise was quiet. I especially liked the fact the shower would run on the other side of the wall but you didn’t hear it. The one thing was the toilet believe it or not. They sat so low to the floor as to accommodate a child vs. an adult. If new higher height ones were installed it would help. Hair and soap products were good. The breakfast was the usual fare, but hot and good. Coffee fresh. What brought this to a higher level were the two staff members running it. They were constantly checking supplies, interacting with people welcoming them and cleaning and wiping down the tables and surfaces. I’ve been in restaurants that don’t get that much attention. Front desk staff were excellent, polite and efficient, explaining details clearly. It’s right off I 84 and the area in a very populated shopping center so if you need anything it’s within 5 minutes away. Pool is not super sized, small but perfect for kids.

The air conditioning was not working in the front where u checked in and it was meriserably hot. The room was fine and it served its purpose.

This room was perfect. After a long day of work, I absolutely love the tub. It was everything I needed very clean.
