Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Snyder

I like that it is out of the city and is quiet.

98 degrees and the pool was closed.

Swimming pool was closed no towels to shower and the staff was rude my daughter was making a waffle and the lady was putting everything away she turned off off the waffle machine.

Rooms and bathrooms were very dirty. Sheets and blankets had stains on it. I would never stay or recommend this property to anybody. We stay at Marriott properties all the time but cleanliness is going down.

Pool didn’t look clean it was green and they had to move me rooms because the a/c went and to a smaller room. No discount and breakfast sucked

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Beautiful hotel, nice and courteous staff, and really comfortable beds. The only thing that was bad was there was a small child running around, yelling, and slamming doors next door but hotel wasnt at fault.

I did not get the room I reserved and paid in advance for. I was given the only room left, according to the hotel. I don’t understand why they would give my room to another guest when I had already paid for it. The room I was given was in dire need of repairs…the toilet seat was completely detached, the walls had patch paint work done, the shower curtain was full of holes. The pool was filthy and no fruit or bread on the comp breakfast. This hotel has gone down hill in the last 2 years. The staff is always friendly though

Room was nice but lights in bathroom flickered and would not stay on and their was no hot water to shower on morning of departure.

I didn’t stay here! Was told they were fully booked no rooms available when I arrived. I was sent away.

It was an unplanned stay in Snyder…had planned to make it to Lubbock, but wind and sand got dangerous. This hotel met all our needs for a one night stay.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. First room assigned, light in bathroom not working, coffee maker not working. Front desk assigned a second room. Clean room, but no shampoo. Front desk gave me a full dispenser. Quiet,soft mattress, peaceful sleep. Housekeeping never visited room. Trash, linens, beds never cleaned or tidied. Breakfast was made as presentable as possible by a pleasant woman. The product was acceptable. I have stayed at The Hyatt and Marriott Hotels in this small town, and will chose Hyatt from now on. For the same price point, I feel Hyatt tries harder.

We had a problem with the temperature of the bathroom water being too hot and no cold water. The manager said 2 other rooms had the same problem and they had a plumber working on it. They moved us to another room. Problem solved?

Nice and clean. No hot tub.

Everything was great as always, except the check in associate was so flat, no hello, no welcome, no how can I help you—we walked in and we approached the desk and gave our reservation name and she may have spoken three words to us. Not use to that here—usually very friendly like this morning at breakfast smiles everywhere and greetings from all.
