In general, that's quite within the standard. But the room does not have the refrigerator and the elevator is old. The location is good, right in front of west farm mall, convenient for shopping.

Good for the business traveler on a budget. Fast Internet

The AC in the room was so loud.

Place was great. Breakfast was a nightmare. If I hear one more person complaining about the waffle maker I’ll throw it out the window.

No coffee out both days at 630am And on the Saturday building didn’t have power all day that was planned but guest were not aware

My stay was great! Nissa at the front desk was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely personable. All the staff were very polite and it was a very positive atmosphere. The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fresh and fully stocked. Free coffee and snacks available 24 hours. My 1st time visiting the earea and it is an excellent location. Many shops and resteraunts minutes away, even a huge mall in walking distance. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The pillows really need to be replaced. They were so uncomfortable. Lost power in the area last day of the trip. Hotel didn’t offer any sort of compensation for the trouble.

Upon arrival, we discovered that there was no longer a hot tub. This was one of the main reasons we booked here. Not a deal breaker, but the attitude of the front desk person was very rude and cold about it. Im assuming they had a lot of complaints, but I had sinply just asked about the pool/hot tub hours. We also got to our room and the tv was on and it smelled like someone just used the restroom. We stayed 2 nights and they came in to refresh even with the "do not disturb" on the door. They left the tv again after doing this and did not give us fresh towels after tsking oir dirty ones. Pool are was clean and the breakfast buffet was always clean and well stocked. Overall, I did not feel this hotel was worth the price I paid.

This hotel was great and it’s close to everything I went for a weekend for my son’s graduation very nice hotel.

24 hour coffee station and welcome snacks were a hit

Our toilet was not working when we woke up got no answer when we called the front desk we just left. I made reservations for a king they gave me a king handicap room when I went to the room the door was open the bathroom looked gross the front desk gentleman was very nice and said he didnt have anything but the queen handicap suite. I guess the hotel might just be a little dated the AC unit worked but it made a horribly loud noise all night and I could not sleep through that

Staff was fantastic. The area around the hotel is unkempt because of the very sparse mall. But rooms are nicely kept and clean. The first floor smelled of chlorine from the indoor pool which was a little overwhelming. Breakfasts are filling and pretty good.

I made reservation for 5 nights. I called while enroute to let the staff know that I would not be able to check in on the first night due to inclement weather. The staff at the front desk left me on hold for 30 minutes. I then reach out to expedia for assistance and was told that I would receive a credit for that night. I approached the front desk to check in and observed the manager (Justin)place 2 water bottles in a bag and handed the room key to the guest in front of me. When I approached the front desk, I was not greeted and 2 bottles of water and the room key were placed on the desk- very different experience. On the 2nd day of my stay, I returned to my room in the evening- to find that the bed was not made and the room was not cleaned. I called the front desk and received partial bedding and had to make the bed myself. At checkout, I noticed that my bill did not reflect the credit for the first day and inquired about it- I was told that the manager would not be in for the next 4 days. I called back on the 4th day and placed on hold for 15 minutes. Justin called back to explain that I would not receive a credit- despite me explaining the situation- which included a staff from expedia. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel and would never do business with this company again.

Convenient for the area we needed for one night. It wasn’t terrible and I would stay here again. Room and bathroom were clean, beds clean but a bit uncomfortable/noisy

Great facility. Very clean and excellent condition. Breakfast was excellent.
