Great stay

We liked the location, we've stayed there several times

Very nice people air conditioner a little noisy

Centrally located to many attractions. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but would have liked more fresh fruit options like bananas and oranges. Eggs were delicious. Room was clean , comfortable bed but sheets were a bit scratchy. The shower had some mildew stain in the grout and the base of the shower looked like it needed a good scrubbing. Overall a decent stay but a bit pricey at over $200 a night.

We will not stay here again. Stuck in the elevator, filthy pool, amenities in room didn't work, very limited housekeeping. Most importantly, front desk did not care about our concerns. All they wanted to do was brush us off with a BS answer so we would leave them alone. This place will not be open long. I doubt they will ever read this or care.

Hotel was nice for an overnight stay

The bathroom shower was disgusting. We had to go down and get cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves, due to no other rooms available and no staff available to clean. We should be compensated for this. I have pictures I’ll be posting on the reviews.

Staff very nice. Breakfast good. Pool not open - was never told - 6 year old grand daughter not happy. Beds not very comfortable. Internet connection not good.

Disappointed 1 of 2 elevators broken. Lobby Air conditioning broken. Breakfast was terrible not stocked properly ran out of a lot of items Chocolate milk, cereal muffin's,bread and bagels. No excuse for Marriott property. I blame Management staff was doing there best

Very comfortable, clean hotel with a lovely room and lobby

Very convenient location, right across the street from Dutchwonderland. Unfortunately the elevators were broken so staying on the upper levels was a little rough. The breakfast had no fruits except apples unfortunately.

Opur stay was PERFECT. The front desk staff was super friendly anf our room was spacious. Will be nack agsin in October.

no place for towel to dry. they don't give new towel daily. its every other day

Made reservations for a hotel that had a pool, when we arrived the pool was closed for scheduled maintenance for two days we were there. We weren't told this when we made the reservations. No air conditioning in the hallways, elevator and breakfast area. These conditions during summer time were intolerable and it definitely wasn't worth the money that we spent.

Staff were accommodating when room didn’t have two televisions that were supposed to be in the room. Got us another room that did. Central air not working in lobby. Had portable AC units to help keep cool. Vent didn’t work in bathroom. Breakfast area and seating was crowded and some food choices were not available.

The staff was amazing. I asked for two extra blankets and they sent it right away no questions asked. The whole place was clean and well taking care off. The hallways look clean and smelled clean. I highly recommended it.

This hotel was so chaotic and poorly managed that I may never stay in another Marriott property again. Was quizzed about my religion during check in, did not receive vital info about housekeeping, room wasn’t very clean, and breakfast was terrible—apparently they don’t order enough food when they’re full booked and the area was filthy. I’ve stayed in no name roadside motels that were better. The overnight desk clerk was professional and clearly doing her job. The rest? Well, some massive training is in order.

Overall the hotel needs to be refurbished. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. The individual cartons of milk were clotted even though they were not out of date and the waffle irons were not turned on because the batter dispenser appeared to be not working. The tub was slow draining while trying to take a shower.

The property was extremely clean, the staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

Great place with modern amenities in the middle of nowhere. Definitely will stay again if in the area.
