No me gustó el aire acondicionado .Muy bulloso al activarse para refrescar la habitacion. Las camas son pequeñas para compartir 2 personas. El ascensor muy poco se utilizó ,ya que no obedece al pedir el número solicitado. Por lo demás el personal Excelente.

It was a good stay. The elevator was being worked on but it did not affect the pleasant stay

Gym and breakfast were both terrific. breakfast staff, including manager - very nice.

We stayed one night. The check in process went smoothly. Unfortunately, when we went into our room, there was a strong odor that caused my husband to have a reaction, that had him coughing and not being able to breath. I called the front desk and they were able to change our room which was better. I'm not sure what the odor was, but it was very unpleasant and almost ruined our trip.

Room size was very small for 2 people. Elevator was out and had been for over a month. On the 15 th floor had to either walk down or wait for only other operating elevator for long periods of time only to have it already full with people from other floors

Staff was friendly

We have been staying at this property because of it's proximity to a job site on and off for almost a month. For the entire month the location has been having issues with it's elevator(s). On Thursday August 28th, 2025, both elevators were totally down - room on the 16th floor & had to do the steps. It's not a new issue. We have been forgiving for the past few weeks - but they need to get the problems with the elevators corrected.

Excellent service and help at the front desk. They were able to help with an early check in and getting us to the airport

The staff was friendly enough but I didn’t appreciate both elevators being out at the same time on Friday. I had told the lady who checked us in I couldn’t do stairs. When she asked if I wanted a lower floor I asked if she expected any outages of the elevator and she said no. The next day I found out there was service being done on the elevator that was working the day before. Both elevators were out and once they were working again, both worked. When I called the number for the hotel (there are no phones in the room to call the front desk???) the guy who answered seemed annoyed. The lady that was cleaning the rooms on the 7th floor was very helpful even though we couldn’t understand each other. The 2 guys that worked the bar were fantastic. The hotel was clean and safe.

Nothing to complain about the room, breakfast was also great. But the elevator situation was chaotic during my staying, one of the elevators was broke, and it took us more than 30min to get down- I was staying at the 13th floor. It was a very unpleasant experience for me and my boyfriend, we had to walk down and up stairs for 13 floors in order to make our trip worth.

Negative: No towel bar to hang wet towel after shower so floor for towels vs.reuse. Small sink, one bar of soap that was gone the next day and not replaced. Microwave was on the desk floor, not where it could be reached easily. Not sure if a breakfast was available, only small counter for drinks and a couple of tables in lobby. Positive: helpful, friendly staff. Large lobby area. Easy registration. Very clean. Quiet. Felt safe with security at locked entry to elevators.Typical small NYC rooms.
