Nice hotel. In between of East entrance and West entrance of Joshua Tree NP. If heading to LA, then East entrance would be good to get in NP and out of West entrance.

Bed was very comfortable, staff was excellent, checkin seamless. Pool needed skimmed. Breakfast was not that good, 1 day they were out of some choices.

Average hotel. Maid never came by.

The stay was fine. Service was pretty good. But when they took my card for any incidentals, they did not mention they were charging $15 a day for parking. For a large parking lot that sits alone atop an incline, I don't think it was necessary. Aside from that, on my bank withdrawals there are two charges from the hotel. 1 for $40 and another for $10. It should be a flat $30 fee that's listed on my receipt.

Ease of stay and close to the wedding we attended.

Nice clean room. We had a little issue with the AC and they corrected the situation quickly😀

Parking charge? You are in Twenty Nine Palms - wide open space for literally miles and 15.00 per night parking charge? Crazy money grab…

There was pink mold in the bathtub so I couldn’t bathe my children. Had to give them a shower which they hated. Also there was mold starting to grow in the wallpaper in the bathroom. It needed to be wiped down. The A/C unit took hours to cool down below 72 degrees. Other than that it was fine. We enjoyed the free breakfast.

Close to Nat Park

Very close to Theatre 29, which offers wonderful plays and musicals! Outstanding commmunity theatre at a practically professional level!

Room was nice, the pool was heated (low 60’s when we were there). Breakfast was good - convenient to the national park. We had a very nice stay.

Hotel and staff were great. They had the best breakfast waffles of any hotel I've ever stayed. On the down side for how much I paid I expected housekeeping to service my room daily. You have to make an appointment 24hrs in advance to get housekeeping in. Really? I had to carry wet used towels down stairs to swap out with clean ones. I won't stay there again.

I was really good and pleasant. Front desk and check-in service was excellent.

Great Stay

We had a great stay, but have two issues. 1) when we booked our room we received a TOTAL CHARGE for our stay. when we checked out we received a $30 charge ($10 per day) for parking. This is the only hotel during our stay that charged for parking, but OK. Our beef is that we were not told upfront about the charge and it was not included in the total charge that we were to pay. 2) we were not told that we had to ask for our room to be "refreshed with towels each day". the web site says that we would receive daily cleaning.

We really liked the proximity to Joshua Tree. It was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was yummy too.

Only thing negative was the last day the ceiling was leaking in our bathroom. Called the front desk to let them know and they were very apologetic.

Very nice place to stay.
