We liked the pool. It was outdoors but the weather cooperated. The staff is super accommodating. The service desk staff was very accommodating with extending reservations and answering questions. I had the pleasure of mostly dealing with Hope. The bed was comfortable. Food was average fare found in all the free hotel breakfasts.

Overall it was very satisfactory. I do wonder how often the rugs in the rooms are cleaned, though. Biggest point of dissatisfaction was the lighting in the room. It is very dim. Otherwise, worth staying again.

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a microwave in my room. There's a microwave in the lobby but it's not really convenient.

I truly enjoyed my stay and the front desk associate was very professional, kind and welcoming. The hotel was clean, nice continental breakfast.

The rooms AC would constantly shut off independently we had it in cool mode, not Auto. As soon as we enter the room, a cockroach landed in my hand. The bathtub looked weird and the bed seemed like its been there for at least 20 years, I could feel the bed springs
