So einen tollen Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat man nicht immer. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders der Doorman Benjamin hat sich sehr für die Wünsche der Gäste bemüht. Hier mein allerherzlichsten Dank nochmal!!!

The property was serviceable, but demonstrated a lack of detail in some basic areas. Replaced TV remote control that did not work well; new one did not work well. No mugs/glasses for the Nespresso machine. Staff at the coffee bar in the lobby was a real bright spot, as was the valet/bellhop crew. I wanted to really like this property, but I did not.

There were a few clumps of someones hair in the shower, tub, and trash can. The rooms have no refrigerator or microwave which is really terrible considering how much this hotel costs. I'd rather stay at a lower star hotel for that reason alone. Had to waste the leftover food we had.

Very nice and courteous staff. I loved the fact that Fairmont is very cautious about plastic use. They use paper water cartons, bamboo cutlery etc etc. Kudos to Fairmont!! Awesome job guys!! Keep it up!!

Fairmount hotel is very nice and fancy. The room is more spacious compared with other hotels in the area. I got a complimentary upgrade to the signature suite, which is huge! The city view is epic. Location is just the best, easily walk to everywhere. Not a big fan of the urban utility fee though, I had no chance of using it on anything.

Front desk say something then negate what they said as I requested a fridge they said yes it is available then changed their mind and adviced to use the fridge that contains bottles that are censored which could charge me a lot had I not brought it out to their attention /

Great service and staff. Confusing directions when using rideshare as Google gives drivers instructions to basement entrance that is closed at night. Gold lounge was not worth the extra money
