Lovely hotel with nice large room; easy priority check-in; requested an early check-in for health reasons via online portal and even though the hotel was completely sold out, they were able to comply with this request. Concierge service was superb. High level of service everywhere. Would highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and took a genuine interest in the customer’s well being. The food was top notch and the room very comfortable. Also loved the decor and the way the public places and rooms were decorated. Beautiful bathroom. Everything was thought of and provided for to make the customer as comfortable as possible. Thank you!

There was a delay in the room availability beyond check in time. Then, when we received a room and keycard, we discovered when we tried to use the key that another guest was in the room! This was very embarrassing and it took 30 more minutes waiting downstairs before it was straightened out - and I jumped the long line or it would have taken longer. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a generous credit to use for food at the hotel but it was one the the worst experiences that I have had at a hotel and I travel a lot. The room - when we got to it- was nice.

5 star property in convenient area of Seattle.Gorgeous historic hotel re-imagined with a luxurious, modern, deco flair. Stylish, intimate lobby bar serving upscale cocktails.
Spacious, modern bedrooms and bathroom.
Breakfast in The George was outstanding.
Attention to the details from cocktails to bath products, to service was amazing.
If you want luxury with a touch of old world glamour, this is your hotel.

Car got broken into at the Olympic parkade. No camera's and lost passport and many other items. Wasn't even able to get a free room for the night at it was around midnight. Could never stay here again and feel safe.
