Staff was wonderful

Quirky and cool.

Always loved the view of the property —the views from the roof top are awesome —the dinning was world class—I’m local from the area

The property was beautiful, room was spacious, and the staff were all very friendly. The rooftop bar was a special treat, and the sunset celebration each night was a blast. Definitely the nicest place to stay in Dunedin.

Room was cozy. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Everything was great. I especially liked the bar in the lobby-a quiet option for a night cap after dinner. My husband had an espresso and I had a really lovely old fashioned. The whole staff was really sweet, easy to communicate with and the room was immaculate. I also recommend the chèvre grits. We will be back!

This property was everything I hoped that it would be! The service was exceptional. We were greeted every time we walked by the front desk and welcomed back if we left the hotel it was a nice touch.The rooms were clean. The hotel itself is just beautiful, it’s like stepping back in time in a good way. We had a room facing the gulf, which was an added bonus. And watching the sunset from the rooftop bar was amazing. A solid A+

Fantastic weekend. Everyone at the hotel was so nice. They had a roof top bar and chairs out front to watch the sunset. Walkable distance from downtown!

Staff asked me to provide identifications twice when room door was not working. Made me wait till hotel manager verify my presence and identification. I felt second-class. Rooftop waiter and waitress ignored us or not listening us clearly. Food was not good.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. You are greeted with champagne at check-in and there is a rooftop bar that has amazing views of the gulf.

Beautiful property. Well maintained and convenient to downtown Dunedin. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop bar. Highly recommend.

Not a nice hotel. It’s not in good condition. Doesn’t look or feel clean. Not worth the price at all. Food is quite poor as well. Do not stay here!

Everything was great- staff, restaurants, facilities-except our non-smoking room which reeked of smoke.

Rooftop Bar excellent service!!! The Dining Room staff food and service above and beyond! Check-in smooth kind and efficient. This place is everything you want a boutique hotel to be!

Very attentive staff. Very clean property, with a very comfortable bed. A 10 minute walk to Dunedin made exploring a breeze.

Everything about The Fenway Hotel was excellent, the rooms, the staff, and the entertainment; however, the food at the restaurant was expensive and not the best quality.
