This was our first trip to Vegas. We were excited about our room having a view of the Sky Wheel, and the Sphere. When we arrived from our flight we were told the room that we RESERVRED had been takin. They proceeded tell us that sense we had booked through a third party they couldn't do anything about it. That we should have read the fine print. If we came down early enough the next morning we might get the room we paid for! Sense we had a trip planned for the Grand Canyon at 6:30AM the next day we said screw it. So we spent the next 4days coming back to our room and looking at a WALL. We got a $40 drink credit for our trouble.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Flamingo. Casino is great and the layout is easy to navigate.

Pool closed!!! Got sent to 3 rooms and still got wat worse room than I paid for. It was terrible!

I liked that the property was next to the alley with all the shops

Outdated rooms. You get what you pay for

We were charged $20 for parking per night even though we were stayng at the hotel. They charged a $57 dollar per night per room resort fee when the pool is under contruction and there was no notice of these fees during booking. Then they charged anotjer parking fee of $70 when we took our car out of the garage!!! I will never stay at the Flamingo again.

Accessible strip walking as this hotel located middle of the strip.

It is centrally located, people at the valet very nice, paying for resort fees and NO POOL, had to pay extra for an updated room we were told the room we reserved had not been updated for 25 years ? the cards in the elevator worked half of the time or you could not go up to your room things I think you already know but don't care. I have never seen worst customer service. They charged $60 a night for a resort fee, even though their pools were open. When i expressed my frustration they upgraded me to a room w a fridge. didn’t need fridge. card key wouldn’t work. called for bags and the phone wouldn’t work. when bags came, they had sliced my hard shell bag. i was in tears and the bellhop said “sorry don’t know what to tell you”. we will never go back and have told all of our friends and family not to.

It was ok but may need inprovements

Rude managers and unhelpful staff when someone was in my room without my knowledge and permission and left it a mess. No accountability nor apologies were given. To feel violated and unsafe is not how I want to feel at a place where I am for a week. Was promised by many a new room but then followed up with sold out so we can’t or they shouldn’t have promised you that and it wasn’t me. Blame game. Also apparently use to have tvs in the mirrors but do not now. Yet there is a lense you can see in the mirror. Unsettling that it’s in the bathroom.

Larger pool was closed, small family pool crowded with kids. That info very downplayed and hard to find on website. So never got to swim. That was one of the main reason we booked this hotel, for the nice pool. Was very disappointing. Also, room wasn't cleaned one day. We called down to let them know. Service when asking for towels was very slow. Had to call back multiple times. Waiting in long line just to check in with a person was extremely slow. No flexibility for checking in a few hours early, unless you pay. That's just a money grabber. No hot water one day at all. My husband called down, and was told that it was our hotel's issue and they were sorry. So we were not able to shower. Plus the shower head had little pressure during entire stay, so was hard for a woman to wash her hair properly. Only good thing really was bed was comfortable, and the location of hotel was good. We probably would not stay here again though, due to lack of good service and what was mentioned. Very disappointed. above.

The Flamingo was a very nice place. We stayed for 3 days it was a great place and great area.
