The property was well maintained and clean. A few minor noticeable items but nothing enough to complain about. Absolutely a great value for the price. Nice privacy and not a loud crowded hotel.

The home is very large to hold a large family. The pool area is nice. The home could use some updates and deep cleaning, a little paint here and there, but overall very nice. There is a nice welcome book that is very informative of the local area of things to do, golf etc. Communication from the property managers was great. They were very kind and welcoming. We had a a toilet break on the second night and they had it fixed by morning. There is nice dinning in the immediate area. A little bit of a drive to some of the parks, but it's nice to get away from the busy areas. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a retreat in the Orlando area.

We had a wonderful stay at this property last week. The house was very accommodating and spacious for my family of 6. We had lots of room and the pool was more fun than we could have hoped for. The property had all we needed as far as towels, appliances and all things we needed to occupy the house for a week. All you really need to buy is basic toiletries, soap and food. The washer and dryer was a big plus. There are the little things that could occur with Florida living like the bugs and lizards but is no big deal. The owner Ivor was prompt to address and remedy anything that was out of place and needed attention. A quick note, the place you see online and rent may not be the place you get but we were even more pleased with the property we were given. my nephew rented a property a few doors away from the original place we were supposed to have and our given place was much better. Do not hesitate to rent with these people. I look forward to renting with Ivor in the near future. Thank you and will see you soon.

It was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Also nice and private bu the pool area.

We really enjoyed our stay in a 4 bedroom pool home. It felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the decor in the children's bedrooms! Everything you need for a relaxing family getaway.

The house was clean and had everything you need. The pool was also cleaned. It wasn’t too far from shops and parks. The location of the home was located in a safe spot. The home felted like it was your home. If traveling with kids the home was big and had a lot of space for them.

My family loved the spacious living and pool. The house was well located, close to shopping and restaurants. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Anderes Haus wie bei Expedia bestätigt, jedoch zugewiesenes Haus akzeptabel. Leider kann die Möglichkeit zum Recycling vom Mieter nicht genutzt werden. Game Room in der Garage, wenn man mit Kindern reist eventuell sinnvoll, für Erwachsene kein Mehrwert. Garage mit Sperrmüll (alte Couchmöbel) vollgestellt. Schiebetüre zum Pool notdürftig und nur schwer verriegelbar. Nerviger Poolalarm an den Türen zum Pool (jedoch Florida Gesetz). Haustüre mit Code, dadurch kein Zeitverlust durch Check in oder Abholung/ Abgabe von Schlüsseln. Außenbereich gepflegt. Haus in Renovierungsphase.

Con- The outdoir living has alot of work to be done. Screen patio were all torn and broken allowing critters and animal alike. This included mosquitos, frogs, lizards we even saw a possum at night. Po wandering throughout the pool area.This was disappointing due to the fact that the kids really wanted to utilize the pool. Pro. Inside of the house was clean, the beds were ok the mattress all made alot of noise when you were on them and moved except for the one inside master suite. Only 2 TV. 1 in the living room 1 in the master suite. The other 3 bedrooms do not have TV. Overall place was disappointing. I will say stay here at your own risk. I will not reccomend. When I discussed my concerns owner he was willing to give money back at 9pm. Where are you going at 9pm with 3 kids? This place is not worth it.

Very nice area to be around. Local facilities just a couple miles away with great access to major roads to all activities for Orlando. Property was very well done, furniture comfortable as well as the beds. Very clean with clear instructions to help support the stay. Worth doing a food shop as you arrive (there are stores just 2 miles away). Property very well presented. Great stay!!!!

Es hat komplett alles was man braucht. Sehr ruhig, eigenes Pool, gute Räume, Küche, Waschmaschine. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Bei Problemen wurde sofort reagiert.

We booked this based on a small amount of very positive reviews but I'm shocked because it wasn't great. There is a moldy-looking, mildew smelling stain over the front door. We also paid a large additional fee for a heated pool we didn't receive. The house is an obvious foreclosure but it wasn't fully rehabbed (there were deficiencies and obvious code violations). The bed we slept in was comfortable but overall quite different from other comments and expectations.

Villa was well furnished and extremely clean. Very nice propert, I'd definitely rent it again next time I go to florida if available Only issue we found was the chlorine in the pool was too strong

house newly painted. house was clean but carpets with several stains and mattresses pretty basic and uncomfortable. we did pick the standard home so didnt expect the best amenities. would probably get new mattresses, tv's for all bedrooms and go to new flooring in common area-living room. overall it was sufficent and in very nice gated community-felt safe

Overall, the stay was great. The company servicing the home was very attentive to everything that came up that was of concern; fixed in less than 24 hours. The only issue we had was the first night -- sugar ants were crawling the baseboards in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and some in the kitchen. This was taken care of immediately - they found the entry points, sealed them up, and then sprayed. We found 1 or 2 here or there through the rest of the week, but it was obvious the problem was resolved (thanks so much!). We would stay here again as they offer really nice homes for a price that cannot be beat!

He breached contract!! No pool heat upon artival four kids cried harrased us ayed games entire rook toomegal money and said expedia did it!! Also chathed for pool heat and still never turned on came ro our bome four rime announaced or preapproved ehole in my pajamies in the mor ing privacy biolation of renters rights!!! Nothing for kids to do but stare at cd pool!! Begged eaded gave him more money snd yet after still tuned heat off expedia tri3d ro rexoncole he out right lied and qe both called him out manager lisa called him from expedia she was good to me and gave us 500 courtesy credit because he performed many illegal acts theft, breach of contact, harassment, privacy rights for renters. And took out additional fees that have never wvwn exsisted also accepted money to heat the pooland came and placed a lock on it!! I disputing pur hotel stay with credit card company i will appreciate all eveidence be submittes to chase disputes!! Thank tou lisa for the gift for onco venience tou gave us and the 361 in the additional chatges from hotel some theft and some for setvices not done or provided.
