They refused to let me have my room because i was late getting there. I called and told them i was gonna be late due to a flat

Used this hotel as it was close to the Little Rock Zoo. Layout is awesome with the pool entirely enclosed by each section of building. Keeps randoms from gaining access and limits it to those staying within the hotel. Clean and the staff was pleasant

Staff was great, facilities were convenient

Everything I wanted to do was a 10-15min drive from the hotel. I had such a relaxing stay. I would definitely go back.

Bed was dirty. Carpet was old, damaged and dirty throughout the hotel.

We had a great stay. Everything was in order.

Fin pool. Elendig service med flere dager rengjøringspersonale ikke kom innom rommet. Dårlig frokost.

I didn't like the $100 incedental fee. That yet to be refunded. This should be spoken on. Not posted at the front desk.

The staff at the front desk was super kind

This place os awesome from the staff to the shuttle service and rooms quiet and cool for the summer...always stay here when in town.

Breakfast was great and parking was really convenient!

Overall not a horrible place. Room was adequate and clean. Wasn’t happy with all the noise, especially the dogs barking and fighting.

The rooms look nothing like the images on line. The first night Our shower had standing water in it after showering . Maint came unclogged it while we were out and left hair and gross stuff all in the the shower. So we were moved to a 2nd room once we got back around 1am. The next day we left early to explore and our room wasn’t touched .

Felt safe but not quiet at all it is right against the expressway, and sometimes it feels like a drag strip

Main issue: shower head was a “wand”.

This hotel was horrible. First I booked on Expedia and chose pay at the property. They disregarded and authorized before I arrived and would not reverse it. I was going to use another particular card for the transaction. Never received new towels. We requesters early morning and they stated they are laundering some and they have a skeleton crew. When we arrived back at the hotel close to midnight they claimed they were still out of towels. We were not the only ones with this issue. There were quite a few guest downstairs requesting the same as well as tissue. When they realized no one was leaving the front desk until the request was fulfilled, towels magically appeared . Do not patronize this establishment!!

I liked the location and easy parking. Clean and no complaints.
