The drain of the sink was slow when I was there. I wondered why and eventually I removed several large chunks of hairs. Well, I did not respond to the hotel, though.

The hotel is conveniently located for access to shopping, dining and transportation. The bed was comfortable. The check in was hectic, one person was working. I don't know why pre check in was offered if the inconvenience of waiting is still necessary. The room (King bed) was small with little hardly any space between the foot of the bed and the chair under the desk. The chair needs to be replaced because it's very warm. There were no shelves in the shower for soap; no bar on the shower door for my towel; the shower head was non detachable with one setting. And, the HVAC system is disturbingly loud when engaged.

The reservation got messed up and they moved me into a different hotel after first night. They were very co-operative and resolved the issue

Off site parking was easy. Check in was also smooth. Restaurant adjacent to hotel was nice too.

The location of the property is ideal and convenient. The staff are also warm and friendly.

Best hotel to stay at if you want to be a good short walk from Reading Terminal Market, Chinatown, and other City Center attractions. Check in was quick and easy. Staffs were welcoming and helpful. Had no issue with traffic noise even when we were on a lower level floor facing the street. Would definitely stay here again next time in Philly.

This is a mid-sized hotel in a renovated older building nextdoor to the convention center and proximate to the Reading Terminal Market. It's not the prettiest streets in downtown but plenty safe and quiet with a lot within a 10-15min walk. Bed and shower are great. Bed is really as good as they get.
