Das Zimmer war, anders als in der Hotels.com Beschreibung ohne Balkon, das Fenster auf die Bucht war ziemlich schmutzig, so daß man selbst Hand anlegen musste um eine einigermaßen ungetrübte Aussicht zu haben, die dann allerdings sehr schön war. Die Fenster hatten so gut wie keine schallisolierende Wirkung, so daß man den Straßenlärm voll genießen konnte. Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut, aber zum Glück brauchten wir sie nicht. Das Zimmer und das Bad selbst waren schön und sauber. Kühlschrank gab es auch. Das Personal am Empfang war unterschiedlich freundlich.

Can go walk by the water easily. Friendly staff and fresh cooked breakfast

The stay and cleanliness of the room were great! Frank (Chef Supervisor) was also really great! Very kind and friendly helping us at the bar. The only downside was the pool we didn't know it was be remodeled when we booked the hotel.

First time here at the Four Points By Sheraton and it won’t be my last This is such a good spot for a stay in the Bay Area, BART is close by, Bay Bridge is close by (if you’re driving) close to water, stores, many food options Berkeley Aquatic Park is close by, great for runners, walkers, etc Staff is great, highly recommend

Pool was closed for the season which was sort of sucky. Staff were kind and by the book this ensuring safety. Free parking with a security patrol was nice but made accessing parking a bit tricky. Cleaning staff were up and at it early and I never had concern for my personal belongings.

One night room was not made up

We often visit this area to visit family. This hotel is becoming our go-to place. Good value, centrally located, clean, super helpful and friendly staff that went out of their way to be sure we felt welcome and taken care of. Free parking is a plus in the Bay Area.

Location was great. Lots of things nearby. Water pressure in sink was lacking and the toilet kept running. Admittedly, I didn’t report to the desk.

Fabulous room. Spotless condition and very comfortable. Staff was excellent. In house bar is not open on Sunday. My room was two rooms down from the eleso coulhere that noise during the night. Will pay more attention to that next time.

It was great the pool is why we stayed there and it was closed I learned to call before booking otherwise great place

It was close to Berkeley and the Bart. Very convenient location for us since our granddaughter was graduating from Berkeley.

Very nice property, clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent, especially front desk and bar. Walking distance to a nice walking path along the bay. My only criticism is that we were not aware that the pool & jacuzzi are under reconstruction and therefore closed. But we would definitely stay here again.
