most countries were great. However, upon check-in, they did their damnedest to try to upgrade me to a more expensive room. They said that Expedia sometimes makes mistakes, and we couldn’t have the room that we were booked at already. I thought back. I provided my itinerary number and my confirmation number. I said give me the room that we were confirmed with I’m going to call Expedia. They then relented. But it was a Darn good fight. I think it’s terrible that they tried to do that. I also had to ask for my resort credit. They then had to look it up supposedly, and finally found it. Wow! Watch out when you are signing in. Make sure you get what you pay for

The staff were incredibly kind! They made my birthday celebration extra special. Everyone from valet, to the front desk, and housekeeping were very kind and made my stay very pleasant and memorable. Thank you for the handwritten birthday card, flowers with my breakfast, and valet for being classy gentlemen. I appreciate their kindness and attention to my every need during my stay. Thank you again.

The Four Seasons Downtown made our visit so incredibly special. Even before we checked in, the service was impeccable: Vash ran out to Bloomingdales to pick up some dresses I ordered for a funeral and they ordered us a car from the airport. It was our son’s 5th birthday, and our room had cupcakes saying “Happy Birthday!” along with his favorite beverage (apple juice). AND we were awestruck by our 1-BR, 2-BA suite. It an unexpected, but very appreciated surprise. Min, in particular, made our stay SO special. Samantha in Reservations, the Guest Relations team, Robert the house car driver, and even the Director of security went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We already loved The Four Seasons but this particular stay was the absolute best. Thank you!!!
