To bad hotel has nothing around it

Great location, good food, comfortable room and bed! Wonderful stay!

Overall the staff and property were incredible! However, there was an incident that happened on the property that potentially involved a shooting and police and ambulance. My friend went down to the hotel lobby and someone in the lobby was telling his wife, "Oh no, HE GOT SHOT!" She was greeted by the front desk with a hand raise and he told her, "Oh, I don't have time for you right now!" but then immediately realized what he said and asked how he could help her. He took her room number and later came to the room to deliver the medicine she was looking for. Upon my friends exit from the lobby, she was then met in the elevator by a man who had just been in a physical altercation and had a giant black eye and was bleeding. I was shocked when she arrived back to the hotel room scared out of her mind. We did not feel safe after this happened. We visited the concierge the following day and asked what happened because we were now scared to even walk the grounds or go to our comedy show we had tickets for. The pleasant woman informed us that the hotel staff had been briefed that morning about the incident but did not offer any other information regarding it. She was very helpful and told us that if we changed our minds about the comedy show, she had some wonderful ideas as an alternative. We were very thankful for her guidance, suggestions and overall kindness. We did not have the girls trip we had planned and we felt we were not safe and it hindered the activities we had

Amazing service and attention to detail. Had robes/slippers for each member of my family. Greeted my son a Happy Birthday upon arrival, they had a cupcake and personalized note when we entered our room!

Beautiful and friendly. Loved it.

Just an average hotel, not worth what you pay for the room. Service wasnt anything above and beyond any other hotel chain either. The room did have a better bath tub than other hotel chains, so that was a plus, other than that pretty standard.

Amazing stay. Wonderful upgrade to a studio suite, gorgeous view and impeccable service.

The view was spectacular! My wife kept raving about the aroma that was in the atmosphere inside.

We absolutely love the Four Seasons, it’s our favorite place to stay!
