La tina se inundo , no funciona el aire acondicionado , nos cambiaron de abitacion y el baño estaba todo lleno de agua en el piso ! El peor hotel

This place is absolutely awful. In fact, I want a refund for at least half of it. I couldn’t stay the second night. The mattress was hard as a rock. There was no fitted sheet. Things were busted here and there. Paint chips falling off the ceiling. This isn’t even up to Third World standards

Il y avait aucune vaiselle dans la petite cuisine meme pas de verre pour boire ou meme pour laver nos dents aucune débarbouillettes et on demande des verre pour rincer bouche et la reponse a ete mettre de leau dans vos mains quelques poils dans un des deux lit alors pour une nuits ou deux ca peux allez mais pas plus et a 550.00 deux nuits c est cher pour cette place

The location is great if you want to be by all the store and close to the beach. The bathroom was a little outdated and tv channels are not great . But overall the beds are comfy and the location was a plus for the price .

Mold in the bathroom, stains on the towels. Overheard other guests arguing with them about the same things. Cigarette butts all over out front.

A localização do Hotel é maravilhosa, o que nos permite acessar umas das principais ruas (que é muito bem aproveitado a pé) e fica pertinho da praia. Porém, acredito que o hotel tem muito a melhorar. O quarto em si é bem simples, apesar do preço ser desproporcional. Por três vezes pedimos novas toalhas na recepção e a resposta foi: "não temos". Além disso, tivemos episódios de falta de água no chuveiro por várias vezes, tendo que racionar o banho (que já super rápido) e muitas vezes com água gelada. O estacionamento é caríssimo! (Tudo em Miami Beach é, rs). Para estacionar na frente do hotel, pagava-se uma diária de $50. Apesar disso, nos indicaram um estacionamento privado na esquina que cobrava 20$. Enfim! Apesar de deixar a desejar em alguns aspectos, a estadia foi tranquila pela localização. Mas em quesito preço, não acredito que valha. Vale a pena pesquisar outros hoteis, muitas vezes pelo mesmo valor, porém mais estruturados.

There was constant banging, slamming of doors, talking, and yelling in the halls. Impossible to get a good night's rest because of inconsiderate guests.

El hotel es Art Deco, las habitaciones son bastante cómodas, limpias, muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa, del bulevar Ocean Drive, alrededor puedes disfrutar de excelentes restaurantes, farmacias y las paradas de autobuses está cerca

Needs a remodel. Feels like 1970 except for the lack of carpets. Hard shoes in the hallway echo and walls are thin. Noisy fridge that is better unplugged. Cracks and rust and stains everywhere. Despite the ugliness, it feels clean, safe, and the check-in/out was smooth. No hidden fees.

Best rates in the area, walking distance to Miami Beach, tons of restaurants, convenient and affordable parking!

The place was cramped and dirty on the outside with homeless people sitting on the front stoop. The inside looked so dated and truly disgusting. We decided not to stay the night

Guests placed trash in the hallway daily. Elderly homeless woman soiled herself and urinated while walking down the hallway. She appears to be homeless and roams the property. When I informed the front desk they said she lives there. If you want your room clean you have to go to front desk to request and even then they may not show up Disaster. Don't let your worst enemy stay at this place.... correction, definitely let your worst enemy stay here but other than that stay far away

The rooms will run down horrible they never refunded our security deposit they said no we had to sign out when we checked out we checked out at 5:00 in the morning there was nobody at the front desk so they literally stole our $50 I'll never stay there again worst experience of my life

The quality of cleanliness of the bed and bathroom was questionable. Very small space. However, it serviced its purpose.

Worst place ever no wash clothes ice bucket no ice machine at all slamming doors all night ppl flush toilets pipes in wall bang sleep 2 hrs all night no control of temp in room look out window only veiw was garbage cans you can hear everyone talking in other rooms my advice stay somewhere no chairs out side to setelse
