We Stayed here a year ago with family and the condo was so nice and clean the air conditioner works great the water in the shower is hot the kitchen. Was spacious and we were ocean front with lots of room on the balcony we enjoyed it

Great resort. Only problem we had was the room was located near the fitness room. The door slammed from 6am to 11pm. We ask someone to maybe fix it but it never happened.

This property was very spacious! I found my new resort to stay when vacationing to Myrtle Beach! very clean also!

I was pleased with the hotel room. We booked a two-bedroom oceanfront room. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The tv's in room 1605 were flat screen but outdated from the early 2000's. Overall, the room was worth the price. We will definitely stay there again.

Our room was very nice and clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. I am not giving 5 stars because during our stay the fire alarm had gone off multiple times (false alarms every time) while we there, waking us up very early the only morning we wanted to sleep in. It went off around 4:45am and it continued to go off for about 45 minutes. Having to evacuate at that hour or listen to that alarm go off for 45 minutes was definitely an inconvenience for a false alarm. It went off 3 or 4 times during our 4 night stay. That is my only serious complaint. The parking garage is a little tight so definitely be sure to utilize the mirrors they have in place to be aware of oncoming vehicles coming around corners.

View was great and plenty of space for a larger family Quiet area and comfortable beds would stay again

The property was excellent

Loved that is had direct beach access and separate bedrooms. Had laundry and all the kitchen utensils. However, the fire alarm went off everyday we were there and on the last day of our trip it went off at 5am. There was no fire but a problem with the alarm and no compensation was given for that inconvenience. My kids were frightened and we were frustrated because no one was addressing it. Pools and lazy river were nice since they were indoors

I like the fact there was a place to get food and drinks down stairs. However the room was not up to par. They need to do renovations. The room had a funny smell and someone also pulled the fire alarm at 4 am causing everyone to evacuate.

Property was just okay. Very dated. Balcony was not large like in the pictures. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Beds were clean and comfortable. The property just needs a lot of updates. I think the older carpet gave it an odor.

there was no house keeping . you get clean towels only

The check in was seamless. Amber was very courteous which added to the experience. The condo was very clean and nice. My family loved the condo as it was very spacious with a lot of room. Beautiful view!!!!

Great staff. Amazing amentities. We will never stay anywhere else. The property qas perfect and close to everything.
