Good people..

The beach access the pool setting (the pool was filthy) but the setup was nice the air conditioners suck.

If you like the Keys laid back feel than this is for you!!!

Beyond dirty. Lights did not work. Shower was so small my shoulders touched wall and curtain at the same time and barely any water pressure. Only thing good was the lady at the front counter was nice. This is a 0 out of 10. Keep your money and sleep on the beach.

Family run and it’s nice where you can relax with privacy. Easy beach access. This property gives you a feel like you’re in the Keys.

It was the nastiest place to stay. I travel for a living and been cost to cost. never seen it this bad even places I stayed over seas

The location is great with a very nice pool area. The remodeled rooms were ok, the ones that hadn't been done yet were scary.

Friendly and room are clean

It's a hidden gem property very clean very nice and family run. They family who owns it has always been very friendly and caring I would come here anytime verse a hotel chain

No coffee pot, despite what the website said. We used the deadbolt on the door the first night, and had to fight to get it unlocked the next morning. If there had been an emergency, that would be perfect for Morgan & Morgan.

Always a great stay at the Grand Prix, nice to see the improvements from the past years I’ve stayed here, the new pool and pool area is beautiful, new chairs in front of the rooms. The things that only a family owned and operated motel can provide. They take good care of their guests.

so i got this room on expedia, then arrived and the hotel desk said no there was no room in my name. so i said no i got it on expedia they checked again said no. so i figured maybe my order just didn’t finish processing. i then paid the fee for the night (which was actually cheaper than i paid via expedia by 30$ dollars. so i was charged twice, for the same room, i am becoming suspicious of the motel and if there are motives behind their move, because i had my reservation. i am still await for my money back from them, its inly been two says since, so i will call tomorrow

The hotel had cockroaches and refused to give refund.
