Great Hotel. Staff are amazing. Hotel is clean!

This hotel was amazing. So clean and comforting. Bed was super comfortable. Pillows super comfortable. Staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. The entire hotel smelled amazing.

Outstanding stay ! Service, breakfast, and over the top friendly staff made this a pleasant stay. Thank you, thank you, thank you ! Now, the area while in the middle of everything is a bit dicey. Coming from San Francisco, wasn’t a big deal to me. Just something that needed to be pointed out. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

It is an electic hotel with amazing atmosphere, great staff, a welcime drink, and delicious breakfast every morning!

Exactly why I chose a boutique hotel was for a unique, beautiful atmosphere, and Granger Hotel delivered! A sumptuous atmosphere filled with gorgeous plants and an elegant jungle vibe. The room was bright and clean with everything I needed. The staff were gracious and friendly from the front desk, valet, and breakfast service attendants.

I loved the decor & the free bev

Don't be offput by this specific corner of downtown. The hotel was quiet. The bed very comfortable. There are very high ceilings so it feels roomy. Spotless. The breakfast was fine, although the coffee could improve.

The hotel is small but exquisite, with good service. The breakfast is a basic small buffet with few varieties. Parking is inconvenient and very expensive. The hotel valet parking will park the car far away, which is also inconvenient. If you drive, it is recommended to choose a hotel in another area.

I loved that they offered Le Labo products in the hotel bathroom.

Second time here this summer - location is unbeatable!!!! Close to airport, walkable to train / all the fun stuff in the area. Shout out to Kenya at the front desk- she worked really hard to get me and my friend into our room early! I’ll be back San Diego!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We went for the SDCC and it was an easy and convenient location near the convention center with everything we needed. Also, the included breakfast saved us every day! Thank you!

Lovely decor and super clean

Albergo con interni molto ricercati e colazione con prodotti di qualità. La camera piccola e la pulizia non soddisfaciente. La zona, Gaslamp, con molti Homeless è molto Rumorosa per Via dei tanti locali notturni nelle vicinanze.

This Hotel is worth the price! The Atmosphere, Furnishings and Staff are absolutely Top Notch! The Valet Parking is a great service and worth the $$. You are walking distance (within 2 blocks) of so many great food choices and I recommend spending some time in the "Living Room" of the Lobby, relaxing to a well curated play list and mixed drink, served up by the Bar Staff.

チェックインの翌朝、10時ごろに出かけ、午後2時ごろに戻ると、部屋の掃除が済んでいなかった。フロントに電話をし、以下のやりとりをした。 私：掃除がまだなのだけど、eveningにやってもらえる？ スタッフ：何時頃？ 私：6時とか スタッフ：わかりました いざ6時になり、実際にフロントに行き 私：6時にハウスキーピングを頼んでるんだけど、少し遅らせてもらえる？ スタッフ：あーハウスキーピングは5時半までなんですけど… 私：2時に電話をして、そうお願いをしてありますよ。 スタッフ：私じゃないからわかりません。 私：5時半までなら5時半までとその時に言ってくれれば… スタッフ：そうね…（「ごめんなさい」と軽く言ったかもしれない） 私：今買い出しに出かけて、すぐ戻ってきます。その時声をかけるから、タオルの交換だけ来てください。 スタッフ：わかりました ところが戻った時、そのスタッフがいなくて、もう1人のスタッフもふさがってたので、部屋に戻って電話をした。出がけに話したスタッフが出て「私に声をかけると言ったじゃないの」とおっしゃる。私は「だってあなたがいなかったからでしょ」と返し、絶対必要のないやりとりになった。 すぐに向かうと言われたが、しばらくして、もう1人のスタッフが電話してきた。 「プライバシーカードが下がっているから入れない」とのこと。 私は呆れて、何と返したかも覚えていないか、タオルとトイレットペーパーはドアの外の床に置かれていた。 結果的に、気のきかないフロントスタッフとのやりとりにキレることになったが、ホスピタリティーがないスタッフを置くなら、そもそも10時から2時と言う標準的な時間に外出したのに掃除をミスするという運用問題をまずは解決した方がよい。 ベッドが柔らかすぎることもあり、リピートは絶対ありません。
