This was our second time staying here and we really like this hotel, rooms and bathrooms are ample. The pool looks amazing with lots of outdoor sitting, we have yet to enjoy it. We did receive VIP status with my Gold Status from Expedia, didnt use the benefits tho. Would definitely recommend this place to stay. Its a happy medium between the strip and local eateries.

We had a very nice stay. Everything is clean, service was great. Everyone was very helpful as we were new in the area. I would recommend Green Valley, Hotel and Casino to anyone.

I didn’t like that check in was 3 and we were still waiting for our room at 4.

Our room had a view of the stairs and the air conditioning unit was outside our room! For the price of the room I was very disappointed! There was no coffee available in the room, room service only!
The facility is very pretty outside but our room was old and worn.

For a five star room that was very expensive the bed was 2.5 star and there was no pillows on the giant couch to make it comfortable to sit on. They charged for incidentals and there wasn’t any. I had to make multiple trips to the front desk because there card keys were not working. It was misrepresentation on your part. This was not what I paid for.
