Reasonable location in East Long Island, not too far from the airport. Value priced compared to Hilton nearby which was more than double. Weird facade on a basic motel, not sure what they were trying to do with that. Make it look not like a motel. Weird. Door key barely worked. Small room, we both bailed our knees twice on the side of the bed frame. Sliding door on the bathroom provided little privacy for toilet time. Water pressure sucked. Housekeeping woke us up with incessant knocking at 9:30am on our first morning there, even with the sign up. We were given more towels and pillows upon asking, but what was provided was not adequate. Clean, cheap, small, just OK.

We don’t usually stay at motels. But these rooms were very, very nice and well designed. They were cute! The motel staff were friendly and accommodating.

there was no hot water for a shower or bath just lukewarm to cold. the sink had hot water the walls are paper-thin It as a though i was right next to the people int eh room next door. the room was lovely. newly redone. walk in shower. just those items. the building itself is 1950 motel style. unappealing. but inside appealing.

Very clean, I got in at 2 am and the guy at front desk wasn’t sleeping. All was good except no wash cloths

The card to get into the room was a little finicky, and the light in the shower was detached from the ceiling. Other than those two issues, the room was clean, well air conditioned, and the front desk was friendly.

my suite was very nice and clean.The breakfast menu was way to limited .FOr $200 per night i was hoping you have bagels or bread to toast, maybe a pancake toaster.Jiuces would have been nice ,some cerealThe bananas where old and the rest of the fruit was not appealing

I made an error booking same day at 10pm when it should have been the following day. Refused me and Expedia to remove charge. They could have made double the rate the next day had they just realized my mistake. Of course they tell you to contact Expedia and they tell you to contact the property.

Always my choice when staying in the area. Staff very friendly. Check in is quick and easy. Not to mention the newly renovated rooms.

Friendly staff. They charge $100 deposit even when you have already paid in full. They promptly refund the deposit if they find no problem after you check out. It is a motel so the rooms directly face a big parking lot. The surrounding is dark and sketchy. Behind the motel is a big swamp. To get any food you need to drive.
