Nice！plan again next time!

This is a fairly clean place. It has a great location to the water with jet ski rental at the property. The only real issue is the rooms are extremely noisy. We could here every step of the occupants above us and the highway noise was very loud in the room.

The property was Ok just needs a little upgrades our bath tub looked like it was old but, overall the stay was good. The area for the dogs was great and, the views of the dock outstanding. Manuel in front desk very nice and courteous. The only thing missing was a beach area with a bar.

We enjoyed our stay. Room clean. No room service. A little old property, but nice. No beach, in walking distance. Like beach with sand

Poor communication with customer service, rust and dirt in the bathroom, rust inside microwave and part of the wall in the room was falling.

It was a perfect location in marathon.

Over all good . Bathroom floor was a bit dirty. Bedsheets was a bit smelly in one room

The property is beautiful & tranquil. Just a really nice place!

It allows dogs

They need to be sure that beds are clean I find a har in one of the bad and a little problems with the door code but everything else was ok good for pets

Cute property! Great little getaway spot. Wish we had more time to stay. Does need some renovations but do not let that be a deterrent. Staff very nice and friendly!

I stayed in a double room and was very disappointed. The photos online must be at least 20 years old — they do not reflect reality. The room was outdated, with ugly, worn-out furniture and walls that hadn’t been painted in years. The microwave, fridge, and coffee maker were old, walls rusty, and disgusting. Common areas were filthy and clearly neglected. The only good thing was the free kayak rental, but that’s not enough to make up for the overall poor condition of the place. I would never stay here again.

Room was small and tired....but fairly clean. Facilities were ok. Pool was excellent. Its a very small man made beach area. Parking good. Nothing much in the vacinity...but very peaceful.

My family and I stayed at room 16. It is a cozy place but they could improve the toilet bowl, it is not attach to the floor properly. You can walk safely at night within the property. The parking is good. The pool is clean. I will definitely come back. The price is reasonable

Good Value!!

The staff was great, lots of free amenities, and beautiful grounds. The buildings are showing their age and could use some updates inside the rooms, but a good value for the Keys.

We spent one night in a standard room here on our way back from the Key West. Its a beautiful property with lots of places to sit, relax, picnic, watch the sunset. The pool area was very nice. The room was clean, but could use some updates. The staff was very kind and helpful.
