It had bedbugs💯 I asked for a refund💯 did not get it💯 the tub was dirty💯 I have pictures for everything it was a complete nightmare

Pictures look nothing like the property. Should be more honest with the condition of the hotel.

The hotel looked nothing like online. It was going through renovations, dirty and smelled of marijuana. There was no television service, the floor was dirty and sticky, the linen was old and discolored. I would not let my dog say in this hotel as is.

Prostitution area. I stood outside to have a cigarette and a guy drove up to me looking for entertainment. Hotel needs to finish renovating because phones didn’t work and ac was leaking on the floor I woke up to a puddle of water by my bed. Beds were comfortable snd shower was nice

It was smelly and badly taken care of the property stench was overwhelming bad along with loud occupants. When went tin my room it was dirty and no towels or soap. Air conditioner did not work as well the hallways smelled of drugs and sex not safe place to be.

Very dirty hotel. No air conditioning in 100 degree wearher. No ice machine. Water dont work. Smells like piss. Pictures on the internet is a lie. I would never ever syay here again.

When we travel, we usually get pretty cheap hotels/motels, especially if its just a quick overnight. Sometimes they're kind of dinghy, but it's like "you get what you pay for". This hotel, on the other hand, is the only one I've ever felt the need to write a negative review for. I did not do my research. The picture looked good enough and i chalked the 4/10 review up to people being too picky. I didnt read reviews. As we checked in, a drunk man drinking was periodically shouting incoherent comments at us. They say the building is being renovated, but it seems more like they just tore the carpet up, installed new keycard locks, and called it done. The stairwell was unlit, with a sticky floor. The hallway was like old warped wood. I didnt notice at night, but it definately smelled like pee in the morning. Our room smelled like smoke, which doesnt really bother me much. The bathroom door didnt close. The carpets were gross. Not just stains, but sticky areas and gum in the carpet. The walls were not clean. We saw dark red stains on the wall and on the bottom part of the bed. We thought it was blood at first, but we concluded it was probably some sort of food/sauce, but it was still gross. The sheets had stains. The blanket smelled like pee. There was an old band-aid and an old q-tip above the light over the sink. It was no question the worst hotel ive stayed at. After seeing the room, we asked for a refund. We were denied. We did get "fresh" sheets and used those.

Bad condition inside

Gross!!!! Bed bugs and when we told the front desk, they said we brought them!! Found a knife in the room when we checked it. Scary, didn’t feel safe, will never stay again!

was not like ANY OF THE PICS YALL POSTED AND THEY WOULDNT LET US CANCEL WAS DISGUSTING HOLES IN WALLS FLOOR WAS BROKEN AND AC SUCKED NO RAGS OR COVERS

It was run down and a dope addict asked if i wanted to smoke some pot

Did not check-in just looking at the exterior and then coming to lobby area it was a slum palace.

Dirty as hell. No TV working and had orkin spraying the room before I entered the room

Dont ever stay here. They gave me a key to a room and l open the door and a man jumped up and said What the F@ck. Im (screaming) saying Omg lm so sorry. He couldve started shooting or fighting me. I ran downstairs to ask the guy at the desk who put up a "I will be back in 15 minute sign" smh up. I was like l want my money back now but didn't get it back 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. Never again

The 3rd floor rooms was great.I love the TV's the bed.The windows the chairs in the glass shower

Terrible is not a strong enough word. It is filthy. The pictures are not what the hotel actually looks like. It’s a prostitution hotel. Lobby should have told me but I paid once I got there. Went to my room. Stairs and hall way had trash on the floor. Door numbers missing! Room looked like a killer movie. Went back down to get my money back. I was refused!! Had to cancel with my credit card company!!

Hallways with lots of trash on the other end of the floor I was staying on. Half the lights in my room weren't working, not to mention the toilet lid being busted the moment I checked in. Page says they offer vending machines and tea/coffee in dining areas, but the hotel had neither. Despite my room being non-smoking I smelled cigarette smoke the moment I walked in.
