This seemed like a scam. We were moved from one location to another location that was unsafe. It took six hours to try to get it rectified. Very stressful! Very scary!

2 days before our trip my apartment location was changed I did not have a choice. The apartment had a few roaches and I did not see any rats. The building it’s self was not a 5 star place but it was ok. The pictures are different from what we got. Each room had AC and the apartment also had a TV but it did not work so we had to use our cables to see movies. The stove did not turn on unless you used a lighter and by the second day we would smell a lot of gas so we did not cook at all after that.

Mice. Reported it and NO ONE responded. The apartment was clean so I'm sure it is the area. Since no one responded, my husband bought mouse traps.

Eine Woche New York, U-Bahn, Bus, Supermarkt, Bank, etc. im Umkreis von 500m. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Das Zimmer mit Hochbett ist nur für Menschen ohne Platzangst geeignet, unser 6-jähriges Kind fand es super! Nachteile sind: Durch die kleinen Zimmer ist kein Platz für Schrank o.Ä. Hierfür ist wohl der Bereich unter dem Hochbett vorgesehen, allerdings sind dort auch keine Kommoden, man muss die Klamotten im Koffer lassen oder das Sideboard im Wohnzimmer dafür nutzen. Es gibt 6 Schlafplätze, aber nur drei Barhocker zum Tresen und noch zwei normale Stühle, die zu tief sind, da es keinen weiteren Tisch gibt. Insgesamt für den Preis eine prima Unterkunft! Wir würden wieder kommen!

we were not able to take showers the last two days of our stay. They kept saying problem would get fixed but, no results.

The shower head was broken when we got there. Had to try to make it work. I was not informed that I would have to pay the cleaning fee in cash. Not sure why that cannot be included in the original price. Seemed sketch but would have been nice to know you need cash.

Small and slightly run down apartment but good location for getting downtown. Our host Ivan was brilliant, meeting us on time on our arrival and fixing the small issue of the toaster within hours of reporting it. Would stay again if travelling in a group.

Mattress and so called sofa were hopeless. Place is not that safe as people were seating outside the main door and drinking. Owner was rude and overall it was diappointing experience. Surely not for good family stay.
