Hampton Inn and Suites Atlanta Buckhead Place

My only dislike was not being informed prior to check in that there would be a $100 per night hold on my card. The hold itself isn’t an issue, it just caught me off guard at check out. I realize I went through a third party to book and probably overlooked where it stated that. Otherwise we were very happy with the hotel and our stay!

It's clean and the breakfast is fine, but it was noisy late at night and the room had too much noise from the heater

I liked that the location was walkable to restaurants, grocery store and clothing store staff was great breakfast was good parkin was made easy I would definitely stay here again

Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Overall the place was good but could use a little TLC. My pull fown shade was broken and the curtain was not in good shape. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors loud and clear

It was centrally located to a good amount of things. Staff were helpful. Made accommodations for parking.

We were late arriving to the property, but were greeted with a smile, even at 1:30 in the morning! It was a seamless check-in and checkout process. The room was clean and comfortable. Great stay!

I know reading signs are important but on the last night of my stay, I was unfortunately robbed. I didn’t have much in my vehicle but I was disappointed to wake up to my items missing. The parking is awkward. Maybe being a Floridian I am used to certain layouts but the under the hotel parking garage was too small and I almost always had to park in the additional parking because there wasn’t enough room to park under the hotel. That small inconvenience made leaving the hotel frequently at certain hours very difficult and annoying. The hotel is very nice on the inside and requires alot of card scanning in the elevator to go to each floor. When I originally booked for the “wet bar” I thought I was going to get a full kitchen but I definitely did not and I was disappointed upon entering the room. Also the coffee machine in the room didn’t work. Once finally settled with the additional parking process and finally getting all items in the room, the room was nice to enjoy. The room was worth it but the hotel experience was disappointing. I hope others have a better stay than me.

Convenient location

The guest service is wonderful, the staff very friendly, the room is very clean, the only issue is the parking if the hotel is all booked up and you may not find the parking spot close by you have to do some walking
