good hotel

The staff was friendly and supportive. The facility was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The breakfast is great. My overall stay at this facility was safe and felt more like home than a hotel stay.

All with facility was good. They charged me a $50.00 fee in case something was torn up or damaged. Never had that before. If that's standard procedure will not stay at Hampton anymore. The noise from other guest coming in from partying was very distracting at early morning hour. Room was clean and good. Breakfast was good. Overall I would rate it a 3.5 - 4

There were baby roaches, not enough towels and I love their bisquits and gravy when they had it

Friendly staff, clean rooms, well kept

I enjoyed my stay and the welcoming attitude of the staff.

As I pulled up in the hotel parking lot, it was decent and clean. I entered the lobby which smelled fresh and was bright. I was immediately approached by a representative who had a big friendly smile. I love that there were choices of restaurants nearby.

Great staff

Loved our stay! Clean room and great staff! Parking options were good. When walking from hotel to other areas did feel unsafe and saw things I would have preferred not to see among the homeless.

took awhile to get a room,computer down or something.took about 30 minutes to get the room!

Nice clean friendly place

Nice location and convenient

This hotel is considered the “nice hotel” in Columbus. It’s clean, well situated, and has breakfast included. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it needs upkeep. I was in a King Suite (403). The closet doors didn’t slide so it was difficult getting to the iron and board. The light in the foyer where the coffee maker is was burnt out and the coffee maker had a nervous breakdown mid-boil, just boiling without brewing and sending water flying everywhere when I tried to open the top to figure out why. Thankfully it was my last morning there and second cup. The coffee is always terrible at Hilton brand hotels so I compensate by adding instant to the brew and using flavored creamer. There’s a microwave so you can also pick up coffee the night before, refrigerate it and then warm in the next morning. One of the 5 days I stayed, housekeeping didn’t show up, which would be fine except that means no refills on coffee or emptying the teeny tiny trash cans. For longer stays, you may have to remind them to service the room.

im sorry but my husband and i didn't receive any reminder that we had reserved two room for August 14 - 15. We are elderly and were not able to travel that trip for our anniversary. Expedia requested to help us but to no avail Hard lesson to swallow due to our small salaries. Ron Robertson Long Beach Ms.

Room was missing a number of things, incline no hand soap in the bathroom.

I have stayed here a few times and I have not had one bad thing to say about them.it is a great place to stay

Overall very good stay, but they were out of towels 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. And our shampoo and conditioner were not filled before our stay and we ran out halfway through. Everything was nice and clean.
