Staff went out of their way to assure I was checked in and happy with my room. Front of House amenities could use improvement, need more water and soft drink options perhaps.

Lot's of dinning options around.

Great place to stay and easily walkable to nearby restaurants! Quick uber to Ball Arena is a huge plus!

First, this is a very nice property, Spent 5 days here, mostly working a trade show at the nearby convention center. Their fitness center, while well equipped and clean, contained many nonfunctioning machines requiring service. Finally, their coin laundry had no working dryers. After 5 days, I like to wash my clothes, not wanting to pack them dirty. They only alternative they offered was for me to go to the Hilton down the street to use those. They have commercial dryers on the property. The front desk personnel did not state whether their internal rules might prevent me from using one for about half an hour; I would've understood that. They implied, by their silence, that I had to go elsewhere. In this case, I had to scramble to find a local laundromat on my last night. Poor management.

Was on a great area, near or in walking distance to most things in the city. Recently renovated.

Lovely staff, lovely room— Accommodating and perfect for the typical traveler.

We have chosen this hotel several years ina row. It is close to Denver Convention Cneter which is why we continue to book. They have a great continental breakfast, and several options to chose from. Staff is always friendly.

Check-in was bad, lady told me that i could not Check-in until 4. Another employee Checked me in right away. The rooms restroom door was a barn door style which did not lock or open properly.

No onsite parking just valet This needs to be stated in the description of the property

Great location to Coors field and shops and bars, restaurants

My stay was fine. However my room was over booked twice, after I virtually checked in for my first reserved room. I was given a second room, it was already booked. I walked in with my minor children to a couple being intimate together. Went back down to the lobby area to get another room, was given a 3rd room, had staff go with me to ensure it wasn’t already booked, it wasn’t. I tried to request a refund but it was denied.

Quiet rooms!

Basic hotel in downtown Denver, I needed to stay for a night and it served it's purpose for the price. No frills but clean and spacious room. I was upgraded to a larger room that was incredibly spacious. Breakfast was included but very lack luster. Conveniently located for what I needed. I appreciated the security features to enter the hotel at night and key card for elevator.

Great hotel right in the heart of Denver. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Daily breakfast is amazing. Parking is a little pricey, but there is a cheaper lot one block away. Room was huge with everything we needed

This hotel was in a great area of downtown! So many fun things to do were in walking distance. The hotel itself was very nice and the rooms were spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice stay and super convenient to everything downtown.

Booked single king size bed and got 2 queen instead. They charge for a small bottle of water $6. Breakfast ok-ish. All in all clean but a little too pricy for what you get.

They don’t clean rooms daily some people that work there are rude I will not stay there again
