The room we stayed in was old. It had a very musty smell. Somewhat like mildew. The bathroom was very dated had a stain in the tub and had a very odd spigot to turn the shower on. At check in they tried to charge me multiple times even though I already paid on Hotels.com. I had to repeatedly argue with them to get them to sort it all out. We would not choose to stay in this hotel again.

The room had a horrible odor. We contacted the front desk and they apologized but that was all. Said they would try to find another room for us but never did. Carpet was filthy. Had to use shoes to walk to the bathroom. Staff was ok. Food was ok.

The hotel is great, nicer than others in the vicinity. There is no pool, when Google results show up for Hampton Inn Hobbs there is a pool shown. Great location too.

The breakfast was free cause they had nothing to eat. No milk or juice. Horrible breakfast. Don’t expect breakfast to be good

It was a great experience everyone was nice the room was a great size!

This was our overnight on our way to Arkansas. Clean - but the price for a pet was highest that we’ve seen at $75. Too expensive for a hotel that says they are pet friendly.

It was quiet, convenient to what I was there for, and the complimentary breakfast was terrific both mornings. The check in and check out staff were friendly and very efficient. The sun rises at the back of the motel and I took my coffee back there to watch the sunrise. But, there was no bench or anything to sit on to watch it so I just had to stand the whole time.

When we arrived front desk was no where to. Be found for over 15 minutes. Got our room keys to go all the way to the room and keys not work then wait again for front desk to show up to rekey. Bathtub was horrible, dirty , we skipped showering just not to deep our toes in that tub

We couldnt figure out the shower, if its so unusual, you would think they would have instructions. There response was to wake up everybody in the room and call us to ask how it works. Why?

Very average stay this time. Breakfast was acceptable each morning. Our bathroom smelled like the sewer was backing up not sure if Hotel was experiencing issues during the week we were there. Not pleasant at all. We had to keep the bathroom door closed all week

Always quite clean and. Safe. Nice staff

We paid for a king room and got 2 queen bed, receptionist didn’t explain anything, we had to ask why the extra charge that was a deposit.
