Someone had an accident on one of the beds. The room and bed smelled of urine. Had to change rooms.

The property was great. We had a little trouble with the AC but they were fast to assist. The breakfast was great and so was the pool.

Nice place close to the university. We went to the heritage museum and it was great. Well maintained, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Excellent service from beginning to end helpful cleaning service also breakfast attended and front counter very welcoming ! Very professional!

The hotel was very nice. Our Kleenex box was empty and we only had one hand towel but the room was nice. Our check in was the worst. It was late, we were tired and the woman in front of us wanted to cancel her corporate reservation and rebook. They discussed all the different ways she could book and then she signed up for something needing her email which they kept getting wrong. We waited for 20 minutes. All the desk person had to do was give us a key but she made us wait. The clerk never apologized for keeping us waiting or even acknowledged that she kept us waiting. She did apologize to the woman changing her reservation for taking so long!
