Hampton Inn and Suites Memphis-Beale Street

everything was to my liking i was able to get a balcony room for my mother whom is 81 she didnt have to do much walking bc we was place in a very good view I thank you for that

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The only issue with this hotel was that I had my headphones stolen from my room!!

Our experience with the front desk staff, notably your MOD Arames, was really top notch! They were friendly, attentive, and gave us a good laugh at every interaction. Thanks for your amazing customer service in a time when that is becoming a pastime and contributing to the fun of my birthday weekend.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds.. called to say that we would be getting there late as we were driving from chicago and when we got there we got a room with 1 king bed. When I called the desk no one was interested in helping us and correcting the problem. Very frustrating.

Great location! Very comfortable bed and nice room. However, the room carpet was filthy; a common issue with some hotels. My feet were black after a few hours in the room. Breakfast bar was ok. Sausage needed to be cooked more. Otherwise, all else was great and I will likely be back.

Perfect location for an overnight stay in Memphis if you wanna check out Beale Street. Self parking was 21$/night but that’s reasonable considering the location. Breakfast was just OK. Will stay there again if we’re in Memphis.

I love staying here close to Beale Street and the Orpheum for Broadway musicals. I didn’t receive any perks, I guess because I booked through Expedia instead of Hilton. Expedia was $20 cheaper. Always like the breakfast here also. Room and bed comfortable.

It was great just wish they had a hot tub , lol other than that it’s super convenient to everything on the famous Beale Street. The breakfast crew super friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay. Thank you

The check in staff was not enough to accomodate the number of guests. Some rooms are facing Beale st, which means they are noisy. We stayed at the other side, not much noise but the windows doesn’t open, no fresh air just A/C. Smell of humidity in the room. The pool was dirty. Not enough equipment at the gym.

The staff and property were pretty good. The included breakfast was ok at best. The hotel is located about two blocks from the party district and on Friday and Saturday nights the noise was unbearable until about 3 am. Cars cruising playing music so loud our hotel windows where shacking. If you plan to party here all night, you might like it. If you are sightseeing and or with family and want to sleep Friday through Sunday night, you want to stay elsewhere. I never been in a hotel where you could not hear the TV because the music, loud engines, burn outs and people yelling. We were two blocks away from the party district!!

It wasn't stated to us until after check-in that there was live music played right outside of our room. It would have been nice to know that before booking. They provided ear plugs, but it was too little, too late.

My stay was awesome. The people in Memphis were the friendliest folks I've ever met. That made my stay even better.

The close proximity to Beale Street was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The area

From check in to check out, this is hands down an excellent hotel!!! Aramis checked us in and was on duty both nights of our stay. He was engaging, knowledgeable and funny! Ashley made breakfast so much fun and even refilled our coffee and juice cups as well as throwing away our dishes when we finished. She was so engaging and service oriented it felt like we were eating at a family member's house!

I booked a king bed and ended up with 2 queens. Not comfy for my husband and I

Rooms were clean with plenty of pillows and towels. Great service and excellent breakfast. Check in was a breeze. Even though we were downtown Memphis, we felt safe in the hotel and area and appreciated all the safety measures that were in place. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location! Easy parking, some of the nicest staff I’ve encountered. Rooms and common areas were clean. Pool was open 24hours which I’ve never seen.
