Excellent

I booked this hotel at the last minute due to schedule change but it's a really nice choice! In a nice neighborhood with easy access to neighboring Googleplex. The facility is new and the room is clean. The staff at counter always sent us a nice greeting. The hotel offers free breakfast which is great with cereal, hot coffee, toast, yogurt, fruits and so on. The most sweet action the hotel offers is that they pack several items such as banana and bagels in advance in a to-go bag and put them on the counter. For busy business traveler, it's a very sweet service to save their time in the early morning. The pool and spa are tiny but suffices to relax.

Generally acceptable but the WiFi signal in my room was not strong enough. I almost couldn't find a place in my room to access the internet.

Clean room. Quiet. I wish they had more for breakfast though

Breakfast options, and walkable to the downtown Mountain View Are the two best things among other amenities

Great service, no hassle

This is a great hotel and the second time I stayed there. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room is small but one gets used to it quickly. So close to Louvre.

We didn’t ask for the bottled water when we checked in. The front desk mentioned that it needed to be purchased.

Staff was very nice and rooms were clean

The Hampton Inn at Mountainview has a great location, walking distance to the Caltrain station and downtown Mountainview. The hotel is clean and well equipped and we had a good stay. The hotel is located near a main road so you can hear traffic during the night, nothing a pair of ear plugs won't fix. Also, there are no USB plug points for charging in our room. So bring your electronics plug along with your cable.

I like the location. I didn’t like the room we had. The toilet was broke and loud, and the refrigerator was loud and a humming noise all night.

Easy and quick check in. Pleasant staff. Large comfortable room.

Was convenient and perfect for what we came up for the location was close to the venue

Very clean and well located. We stayed two nights for a family trip. The sofa bed has seen better days and my husband complained of back pain. Breakfast was exceptional with different options each day.
