Hampton Inn and Suites Nashville at Opryland

Under renovation and I stayed in one of the new rooms. Very nice place to stay, great location. Good breakfast. My only complaint is I couldn’t get all the channels on the TV, some were unavailable

Great tucked away location close to the event I needed to be in town for. Quick friendly checkin and clean and quiet room. Looks like they're doing some updates this summer....

Upon check-in my key wouldn’t work. The front desk text me asking how the room was and I explained the key wouldn’t work and they brought me a new card. Smooth sailing after that. Employees are very friendly.

We checked in much earlier than 4 PM and the staff was kind enough to provide an early check in. We also appreciated the availability of coffee and tea in the lobby all day. The room seemed recently renovated and super clean. The breakfast was good but could be improved by adding a little more variety and change in menu everyday.

Room and hotel was newly renovated, even had the new carpet smell still. I reserved two queen beds, but they seemed like full size. The kids slept well, my husband and I didn't and woke up sore from the bed. Everything else in the room was new and spacious. The breakfast was good, had real smoked sausage and potatoes. Pleasant surprise from the regular hotel breakfast. Nicest hotel we have stayed in by far. Only downside was the bed.

Hotel under construction should be noted on the website. The room was hot upon arrival (90*), took 2 hours to cool to 72* on max cooling. Hot water took 10 minutes to warm.

The hotel is undergoing renovation. We were first given a room on the first floor that was not renovated, it was horrible. The bathroom faucet continually leaked, the door on the closet would not shut, one of the wall lights attached by the bed was so droopy that it had pulled away from the wall. We walked out of that room and asked to be placed elsewhere. They gave us a room on the 4th floor that had been renovated. What a difference!!! I could not believe that they put us the dungeon room when they had a room that had been updated with very nice features and amenities. I wish I had taken photos of the first room, it was ghastly.

Great stay

The property was undergoing renovation at the time of my stay, so there were parts of the common areas under construction. We were given a first floor room that didn't seem to have other guest rooms around. The room had not been renovated, so some of the furniture was a bit worn. Still, it was clean and comfortable. However, the shower head dripped and the shampoo bottle holder had broken off the side of the shower. Even in a hotel undergoing renovation, basic maintenance should still be kept up with. The staff was friendly and efficient during check in and out.

Great renovations to the hotel. Management was very accommodating.
