Bed. Was awful my back hurt the next morning

Great location

Everything regarding our accommodations was AWESOME (10/10) The hotel is slightly off the highway and a skosh out of the way. Not sure why, and surely not the hotel's fault, but Google Maps didn't seem to like their address. Took us down a road with no buildings and vacant lots.... wierd!

I loved the hotel because it was relatively new, and our room was very spacious! Staff were friendly and helpful!

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest. They ran out of coffee before 9 it was never refilled then they took the coffee away so we never got coffee for the road. They need like cheese and salsa or something for the scrambled eggs you should have access to coffee all morning.

We had a wonderful time. We were a little further from the Erie Canal, about a half hour, but found it easily with GPS. The front desk gave us a great list of the restaurants in the area. My only complaint would be that the coffee at the lobby was often cold.

My room did not have an ice bucket or drinking cups in the bathroom. I requested both and it took forever to get the bucket. The front desk clerk was busy checking people in so she gave me 2 plastic bags and then pointed to the cups on the drink station and said “Take some of those”. I had an appointment so I had to leave before she found an ice bucket for me. I finally got it when I returned at 8 pm. It had been next to impossible to try and get ice just into the thin plastic bag. Oh well… a sad negative for a nice hotel.

I was "upgraded" from a 2 queen room to a king size suite WITHOUT being asked, because there were no queen rooms left. That didnt work for me because I was with my teenager son... So I was given a roll in bed which was absolutely terrible. For anyone with bavk issues, do not sleep on this. The room had a bad odor upon entering so we were.obligates to keep on the AC and Fan which made it extremely noisy and impossible to sleep continuously. The breakfast was horrible. Very disappoiting overall. Won't return.

We booked for 3 adults and got one king bed. This was a expedia issue and since I ordered via a 3rd party the hotel could not do anything to chang it other than give us a cot. My son had to get his own room. Not good Expedia.
